Empire Prestige Causeway Bay

It’s a nice hotel at a good location. The rooms were a little small, but that’s expected in HK. Overall, comfortable stay for business.

Empire Prestige with no Prestige nor Empire. +Clean +Quiet (at least on the high floors) -Amenities that do not fit in a hotel with name as pompous as Empire Prestige. For 3 nights there was only 1 tiny soap provided. I travelled China all the way from the north to the south and all hotels in Mainland regardless of star rating were providing this basic amenity. I guess things in Hong Kong are done differently. Also, no paper towels nor water was replenished during the stay. Is this really a cost saving measure by the hotel? Is the Empire in that much of financial troubles that needs to save the 2 HKD for the bar of soap? I don’t know. I guess I’m expecting too much from a 4 star hotel with rates of 150 USD a night. Next time I come to the island I will remember to bring my own soap and paper from the mainland as resources are apparently scarce here. -WiFi non existent. Constant disconnections (if you are lucky to connect at all)

Good condition and services Very clean and comfortable. Easy transportation for MTR, tunnel bus, So many Shopping centres and food centers All things are supplied in the room, but only a little bit in the bottles, not enough. Receptionist has a good service manner.

Good service and friendly staff, nice catering during typhoon. 30/F lounge with free beverages is cool.

The room is not big but the equipments are new and easy to use. The service is satisfactory. Good for one night stay. But if you want to stay for a week, the room may be a little small.

Clean room and good location. Space is small but acceptable in HK. Free meals included, though food choices are limited.
