Starry Inn

Starry Inn is a walking distance to Ladies Market, restaurants and shops, Sneaker Street, banks, buses, etc. The staffs on WeChat are very responsive, nice and friendly. She allowed us to extend for an hour before check out. The room is fine, but the elevator in the building didn’t work twice or three times our stay. The wifi is sometimes slow or very slow, and you’re disconnected at times. The water in the toilet floor takes times to dry and the water stays longer when you take a shower. The aircon needs to be turned on at all times because it doesn’t work well, or the cooler needs to be repaired. The room is very hot. But overall, we had a peaceful stay. You can stay here if you want to save money for a group of 4.

We know that in Hong Kong is quite difficult to find the right combination between price and hotel . The Starry Inn is a very simple hotel ,small , not so full optional rooms , but the position is really amazing ; you are 2 minutes from the bus stop and in 5 minutes from the Metro ; considering that for me the most important thing during travel is to discover the city and i come back not before the 21.00 ; for me that's a right compromise . I've contacted them by wechat and they were always so polite and nice , so for me it's thumbs up

Worst hostel! No wifi in room no 1 (no coverage at all) and theres no solution for you. I also asked their wechat for bathroom mat and they said NO, what kind of hostel?? imagine how muddy the floor would be after 4 people showered. No water dispenser in hotel and you got broken water kettel in room. Room also doesnt look like in picture. I thought this hotel better than in chungking mansion, its even worst here, more expensive but worst service

small, old, its could be cleaner. it needs to be renovated

Hard to check-in but the place or location is good for shopping and food.
