The location was great, with a convenience store nearby. As others have mentioned, it was a little hard to find. There were rooms on the 4th and 6th floors, with the dormitory-style rooms on the 4th and the single rooms on the 6th. There was a check-in machine in front of the entrance on the 4th floor.
Although there was a cleaning card, it didn't feel very clean. Also, the toilet and shower room were so small that it was difficult to even wash my face, and I felt like they were doing their best to accommodate the limited space.
The lack of cleanliness might be unbearable for someone living in Japan. The key card would often stop working, which was a problem. Trip.com customer service was very helpful.
Even after adding someone on LINE, their messages never seemed to show as read. It's better to contact them via WeChat.

This place is really good with modern facilities! nice comfy beds! super safe!! Close to food shops. Easy to locate. It’s close to Prince Edward station. Had a good stay here.

Whenever I am on solo trip to HK, this is my go to accommodation. Location is very near the Mong Kok Station.
It was only in this situation (yesterday) that made me infuriated about the Nap - their self-check in was not working, and people are already lining up outside.
To cut it short, the manager (I dunno who - CS) doesn’t know how to handle situation and getting annoyed and stressed at all of us.

The room was okay, but my roommate wasn't. I was the only woman in the room, but my roommate opened my bed while I was sleeping, startling me awake. The bathroom was small but okay. I don't know if shampoo, soap, and towels were provided, as I couldn't find them.
Bring your own supplies, and you'll be more comfortable.
