Facilities: Poor. The air conditioner in such a nice room only blows hot air. At night, it uses a fan to blow inside. The room is so large, it feels like a steamer. I have to sleep with the curtains open. There's no privacy at all. I could even see men sleeping in their underwear... The air conditioner probably hasn't been repaired in three or four months.
The environment is good. The common area is large, comfortable, and cool... The beds should be moved to the common area...
I wasn't lucky this time either. My roommate jumped down the ladder and didn't pack carefully, waking me up multiple times. There were six of us staying there, and we were all so hot that sleeping with the curtains open was impossible.
If you call to complain early, they can arrange for you to stay in a room next door with working air conditioning or in another building about five minutes away. You won't be informed of the air conditioning issue when you book the room, so you have to call to complain.

Even though I booked a female-only room, there were still quite a few men in the room, which was a bit frustrating... but the bathroom was a bit better!
Cleanliness: The female-only room had two showers and provided facial cleanser and makeup remover, which was quite good.
Facilities: The mattress was sagging, which was why I had two pillows on it. My head collapsed... I had a terrible night's sleep! The curtains completely blocked out the air conditioning, and I woke up in the middle of the night with the heat, so I had to open the curtains slightly...
The location is excellent. Luggage storage now costs money... You can walk a few minutes to Far East Plaza to store it!
I stayed there a few years ago, and this time, aside from the shabby bedding, everything else was fine... There was an error with my order, which took a long time to resolve with the front desk.

The room was nice, I was quite satisfied with it overall. Convenient transportation, downstairs is Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station B1 and B2 exits. The only thing was that my bed curtain was a little moldy. The shower room was also relatively clean. The air conditioning was strong.

The room and bathroom are small, which matches the price. The best part is the great location near the MTR and the easy self check-in/out.
However, cleanliness was a problem—one bed looked dirty, and the other had hair on the pillow. I used my T-shirt as a pillow cover. The towel smelled musty, so bring your own.The power outlet next to my bed made strange electrical noises, so I didn’t dare use it.
Lastly, the room isn’t soundproof—you can hear music and conversations from the neighboring buildings until after 1 a.m. on both nights I stayed. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant stay for me.
