1. 毛巾有很多塵埃，抖了一下，一堆塵埃，用了才知道
2.有蟲，弄死了一隻，還有很多隻從縫隙裡面出來，甚至爬到床邊牆的位置
3. 本來以為有窗台可以看風景，但是門被鎖了，但是窗台門是壞的， 外面又是很多車道，有很清晰的聽到外面的噪音，睡不到
4. 浴室很簡陋，主要是地板
5. 洗手台有看到很多印（透明污漬）

因為自助入住非常方便。下次會再來。
房間設備齊全。可惜空調比較嘈吵。
但退房時自助機入卡時彈出來，最後還是放回房間床上。
清潔房間見浴室未清理垃圾。

Is this normal in hygienic Hong Kong? It is too much. Then the toilet cover is too automatic. It will fall off after 5 minutes. You can't fix it no matter how hard you try. ... Imagine the feeling of the toilet cover hitting your back. ... The sound insulation of the room is extremely poor. The noise from the roadside can be heard completely. It is recommended to provide earplugs. No one responded to the customer service.
