It's very close to the Sham Shui Po pedestrian zone, but very close to the fruit stalls, so you can smell the durian on the way back. The overall room is not big, but the high building allows you to overlook other places. It is not far from the bus and subway, and there are many local delicacies nearby.
A deposit of HK$500 is required upon check-in. The overall service is good. The air-conditioning is very cool. There is a water dispenser outside the room. There is a coin-operated machine on the first floor where you can buy toiletries and umbrellas.
