Overall, we liked the hotel. The location is good, it's close to the terminal where the ferry to Macau leaves, about 5 minutes' walk away. There's a tram stop and a bus to the airport nearby. There's a Starbucks on the ground floor. You can also walk to the metro. There are water coolers and scales near the reception. The breakfasts are good, there's both Asian and European food.
The elevator system is a bit inconvenient. There are only five of them, but two of them only go from the fifth floor and up.
There's probably only one downside. It's really, really, really cold at breakfast. This is the coldest place in all of Hong Kong, where we froze to death. The food gets cold quickly. Even the staff sometimes rub their hands together to warm up. That's why it's better to wear a sweater and pants to breakfast.
