Great location, very convenient as there is a tram station outside and a train station 8 minutes walk away. Accidentally left earrings in the room when we checked out and the hotel was nice enough to inform us but in the end they couldn’t send it back to us

Always nice for short stay. Clean, tidy and comfort. Location is super good in Central. There days we stayed was hit by super Typhoon and the building was so strong enough that we had no worries at all
There are restaurant and coffee shop in the building but you never get starving in HK

去過幾次香港知道香港酒店特色是小，房間衹夠單人行走，但這個酒店一千多海景真不如住粵海，説是海景房，前面有遮擋物，辦入住也很慢，服務員不專業，一個人能辦半小時。餐廳是紅色玻璃，在裏面吃飯慎的慌。

Got a free upgrade to sea view room which is quite spacious ; location wise was convenient, the HK tram station is just right in front of hotel, as well as the airport bus. Walking distance to central and lots of convenience store and food around the hotel. The only downside was we met typhoon during our stay, and the window was leaking, but the hotel did send us extra towels to soak up the water. Overall it was great for the price, will definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel offers an excellent location, making it very convenient for exploring Hong Kong. The staff provided outstanding service throughout my stay. When I experienced an issue with the hot water in my first room, they immediately arranged a new room for me without any inconvenience. Their professionalism and responsiveness made the experience very pleasant.

Super convenient location , there's Starbucks downstairs and tram stop is closeby, easy to get around. It's a bit old hotel but condition is still great, clean and well maintained

Good hotel for the price in HK, not too far from Central, can walk or take the Tramp. Rooms are small but still nice and everything is clean
