We had an upgrade and had a room with an amazing view. Couldn't have asked for more. All in all, great service and location !

Great location, very convenient as there is a tram station outside and a train station 8 minutes walk away. Accidentally left earrings in the room when we checked out and the hotel was nice enough to inform us but in the end they couldn’t send it back to us

離地鐵上環站約十分鐘，從後面門走過百草園，左邊走就能到熟食中心，非常方便。而且房間裝修得也很不錯，床品舒適，服務人員態度也很好，值得推薦。

Always nice for short stay. Clean, tidy and comfort. Location is super good in Central. There days we stayed was hit by super Typhoon and the building was so strong enough that we had no worries at all
There are restaurant and coffee shop in the building but you never get starving in HK
