起初酒店房有很大煙味，但酒店不肯換房，只提供空氣清新機，本人因有很強鼻敏感，所以不能接受。
嘗試打去前台尋求協助，但無回應，平台亦嘗試打去前台，都沒有酒店前台回應。
我唯有親自落前台要求退房，酒店才肯換另一間房間給我，體驗極差!!!
另外，我訂酒店前有致電前台，會有1個蛋糕快遞，要求他們先幫我把蛋糕放雪櫃或給我放到房間內雪櫃，但酒店就把我的蛋糕放到前台位置就不給理會!
體驗極差!!!

房間很大很舒服，早餐種類一般，但味道確實是有點驚喜到我了，很好吃。
打車幾分鐘就可以到地鐵站，很方便。在香港來説，算是性價比很高的酒店了。

迄今為止住過最差的酒店，沒有之一，連礦泉水都沒有，借個轉換插頭要30，定了含早餐的房間説系統沒有，讓下去前台查清楚，早餐門口的服務員眼高於頂，一眼看不起大陸人的感覺，垃圾，拉黑，避雷這個酒店

在沙田比較便宜和交通方便的酒店，酒店房間翻新過後，尚算可以，住客很多，感覺很一般。附近有食肆和便利商店。

IT WAS SUCH A NICE STAY. THE ROOM WAS SO BIG, THANKS FOR UPGRADING IT. IT'S QUITE AND COZY ALTHOUGH ITS VERY FAR FROM ALL THE TOURIST SPOTS I STILL ENJOY THE TRAIN RIDE GOING TO MY HOTEL DAILY :)
