Location was not bad, walking distance from MTR is not far, but it was not widely publicized which is the nearest exit. I think this can be improved.
Other wise, clean bed, and good rest. Overall a good hotel

Convenient hotel located centrally, very near to buy Jenny cookies and walkable to the Australian Diary restaurant. Room, sheets and bedding are clean, showing slight signs of use but still acceptable. Size is very big for Hong Kong standards with lots of room to maneuver. One thing to note, our room was facing a construction area that was still doing the foundation. There was minimal sound over the weekend but when we checked out on Monday, the windows are well insulated but you can still hear a bit of the noise.

Traveling to Hong Kong with my kids, I took a long time to choose a hotel. The family room I stayed at at the Park Hotel this time was really big in Hong Kong, where land is at a premium. When I chose this place, I also considered that the room was large enough for three people to move around. What’s more surprising is that there are a lot of restaurants around the hotel, and there are also many internet celebrity stores, including Mannings, 7-11, and pharmacies, which are very convenient. It's also close to the subway station, about five minutes' walk. Hygiene issues that are mentioned the most in the comments, I think it depends on personal habits. I am a bit mysophobic and use disposable items I bring with me when I go out. Generally speaking, it is acceptable. The downside is that the environment seen from the windows is quite scary. The old building opposite is being renovated, so there will occasionally be some noise. Overall, I am quite satisfied. I will choose to stay here again next time.
