The service team were all very good and very responsive to anything we asked for. Five stars for service for sure! The hotel room was clean and we had everything we needed. It’s definitely an older hotel and rooms need a bit of a facelift, but overall a good place to stay and very centrally located. My only negative was the quality of the breakfast. At $20 CAD per person, it was not worth it. We only had the breakfast once, and I’m glad we didn’t include it in our hotel booking.
