房間大小適中，性價比可以。宋皇台、土瓜灣地鐵站附近，離海心公園也不遠。設施一般，空調聲音超響，晚上要帶耳機睡覺。

Such a nice little hotel near Kaitak. Friendly check-in and we got a great room with a view of the new stadium. Basic room, very comfortable bed. Lots of decent restaurants within walking distance. 10 min walk to the Song Wong Toi MTR. We would definitely stay again. Good value for money.

房間中規中矩，比較整潔。設施老舊，尤其空調和排風，聲音太大。優點是花灑龍頭水很足，我住20層，比都會海逸同樣高層的水要好很多！電視節目也比較豐富。
