Perhaps because it was closed for the Chinese New Year, the reception was empty and connected to Zoom. I booked for two nights, and even though Trip.com showed it as two nights, it was only booked for one night... From then on, explanations and inquiries had to be made online, which was a pain.
When we got to the room, it was too small for two people...I knew this was unavoidable, but it was a bit mentally tough to be in a room where you could barely open one suitcase.
If you value location over size, this may not be an issue.
The shower room wasn't very clean either, and overall I didn't have a very good impression of it.

This hotel was a very good place to stay!
There were no problems that are common in overseas hotels (such as the bath), and I was able to relax in the warm shower.
You'll need to check in advance about amenities such as toothbrushes and lotion.
It was reasonably priced, had a great location (14-minute walk from the nearest Sheung Wan Station and Central Station), and there are plenty of restaurants and tourist attractions in the surrounding area, so it was a very satisfying stay!!!
Personally, I would recommend walking to the hotel from Central Station to enjoy the cityscape.

Very kind and helping staff who made check-in at 4 am possible. The location was perfect for a city trip - very close to everything you need. Overall, would definitely recommend it for a trip to Hong Kong!
