The hotel has free shuttle between airport and the hotel itself which is super convenient, saved lots of hazard while you traveling with kids.
The room isn’t the newest but overall presentation is great. The view is great and staffs are friendly as well.
Moreover, it’s located at the MRT station which is unbeatable when your choosing moving around Hong Kong via train.
Definitely will choice Novotel again on my next visit to Hong Kong.

Great experience staying at novotel citygate.
Staff are all friendly and accomodating,they also check us in early.
I love that they have free shuttle to and from airport and hotel. It's very convenient for us with kids.
Also, its near the airport, ciygate outlet, mtr, NP360 and Disneyland.
Overall,great experience..highly recommended😊

Good for one night before or after a flight, airport transfer available. The cable car to the Big Buddha and Citygate Outlet are nearby.

No security to access hotel room floor. This raised a bit concern as it is connected to shopping mall with crowd.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and surprisingly spacious, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day.
The hotel’s amenities were excellent—the breakfast offered a great variety of fresh options, and the common areas were stylish and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality shown by every team member.
The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area while still feeling like a peaceful retreat.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.
