酒店位置很好，直通東薈城奧萊，離機場也很近，吃飯買東西方便。房間寬敞，設施齊全，乾淨衞生。有接送機車，20分鐘一班。

The lobby area of the hotel is very luxurious, and I heard that it even holds a Guinness record for the height of its gate. So I feel it deserves its 4 stars.
But ah! As soon as I entered the room, I felt like I had returned to the old and dilapidated 90s. The hygiene is average and the furniture is outdated. I'm afraid that the antiques will be knocked and fall apart if I'm not careful. There were no tissues in the guest room. After searching for a long time, I found out that they were hidden in the cabinet in the bathroom and could not be easily taken out.
The only advantage is that it is close to the shopping mall and the airport. The hotel should also thank the guy at the front desk and the shuttle driver.
The hardware is really not good, but the software strength makes up for it. The guy at the front desk who is in charge of luggage storage is very enthusiastic. He takes care of every guest very carefully and is polite, without any unfriendly attitude. The shuttle driver to and from the airport was also very attentive to every tourist, insisting on helping with luggage and telling us not to worry, he would take care of it.

Since my mother had to go back to Shenzhen the next day after our stay, I called the hotel front desk a week in advance.
