They were friendlier and more accommodating than the previous 5-star hotel I stayed at. I really appreciated them letting me store my luggage for a long time after I checked out. Even after I went to collect it, they didn't make a face and asked me if I wanted to take a taxi or the MTR to the airport, and even showed me the elevator. Their English was quick but easy to understand. My stay was very comfortable, and they even provided a multi-compatible charger for my smartphone. The only amenity provided was a toothbrush. No deposit was required. I don't remember why, because I missed it (lol). I'd definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you so much!

The hotel is very conveniently located. Metro, 7/11 - just a couple of meters from the hotel! Very tasty and varied breakfasts. I really liked the view from the room to the bay. But, during our stay at the hotel there was a renovation - the pool was not working and during the day there was noise due to the renovation of the upper floors (the renovation will be before January 2026). We were not warned about the renovation in advance, which spoiled the impression.
