Front desk and house keeping ladies are so nice. House keeping ladies greets me every morning, feel heart warming as Hong Kong is well known for the attitude (most of the Hong Kong people are stress, you can tell from their face). Location are excellent, right next to hill road exit, close to 7-11, airport bus A10 from airport to hotel within 4mins. Room are spacious and clean, washroom shower are little old but water pressure is good, if I come back to Hong Kong I definitely will come back, thank you.

環境：就在香港大學地鐵站B2出口過對面馬路就到；周邊很多吃飯和購物地方，有茶餐廳有惠康；還有校園逛逛和爬山；一站地鐵就到海邊
設施：隔音還可以；雖然是傳統裝修，但保養的不錯；起碼沒那種陳舊味道；配置了凈水器和空氣凈化設備，還有一次性拖鞋，一次性用品；床墊舒服，床上用品乾淨；就是沒淋浴地方，浴缸有點不方便；馬桶不是智能；吹風機是傳統的，難吹一點；
衞生：乾淨
服務：前台接待主動有耐心，主動拿行李；遲了回去也能協調延遲退房；清潔阿姨也很禮貌主動；

酒店位置很方便，機場有A10直達，地鐵口也很進去，樓下就有美心，7-11，樓上，萬寧等等。酒店是老酒店，但是維護的很好，衞生打掃的也很乾凈！有配一次性拖鞋，牙刷，牙膏，還有數據線，就是沒有礦泉水。

JEN是這次去港大訂的，一開始訂了三天，後來覺得很好住，就繼續住了幾天，一共待了一週。
很是方便，香港大學站出來就是JEN，早餐邊上就有冰室，隔一條街好多鋪子，吃吃喝喝買買水果都很便利。下次再來的話還住JEN，床也很舒服，個人喜歡非常軟的床。

出差去香港，第一次住Jen酒店，非常好。
酒店地理位置絕佳，旁邊就是香港大學地鐵站，離港大也很近，出行方便。
酒店依山傍海，海景房和山景房的景色都很好，山景房可以看到太平山和港大，頂樓的健身房面朝大海。
在寸金寸土的香港，這個房間算很大，設施齊全，酒店早餐廳東南亞風格裝修，整體不錯。
工作人員也比較熱情

前台的服務員也很不錯，住的20樓，這層樓打掃衞生的大姐南京人，很有禮貌，特別客氣。附近很方便，吃的東西很多，超市很多，還有建議不要去7-11買東西，比超市貴很多，一條街水果攤的價格也不一樣，可以多看幾家，港大地鐵站就在酒店旁邊

2.無按金入住，雖説15:00入住，但我們12點前到依然無縫入住。
3.海景房風景不錯。
4.地鐵香港大學站零距離，機場A10直接到樓下，交通便利。
5. 離海邊超近，步行至網紅堅尼地城無負擔。
6.周邊本土氣息厚重，可以輕鬆吃到地道美食。
