Not far from the MRT, the location is easy to find... The room is quite small (after all, every inch of land in Hong Kong is valuable), but the bathroom toilet door is broken... I got stuck and couldn't get out, and I had to ask my family to come back and help me open the door...😭😭😭 Please fix the door as soon as possible...

到香港好幾次了，這次選擇華美達，房間很滿意，住在29樓海景房連住3晚，酒店距離西營盤地鐵很近，大概就10米距離，公交車站，叮叮車站，出行非常方便，酒店周邊有711便利店，果蔬店，茶餐廳都是本地老頭開的很好吃且實惠，推薦指數5顆星

The location is very convenient. A lot of eateries and groceries store. It is also a good place to buy dried seafood. Near a metro station and easy to go to the ferry terminal to go Macau, ….
Toilet is rather small, but bed is reasonably comfortable. Bring your own toiletries. Only towels are provided.

唯一能看的衹有保潔阿姨的工作，很親和，衞生收拾的很乾凈。
前台服務態度敷衍，房間內部沒有任何晾曬衣服的地方，入住了13晚，卻沒有洗衣服晾衣服的地方，最大的痛點。衹能把衣服晾在廁所裏面。
整個酒店環境就是那種十幾年前的老四星，放在以前可能比較好，現在的話設施很舊，沐浴露跟洗髮露感覺怪怪的，洗不乾淨。廁所特別小，洗浴的地方和馬桶衹隔一扇可以拉動的老舊簾子，整個腿在上廁所的時候是伸展不開的。
酒店床上有兩個枕頭，一個是正常睡覺用的，普遍的白色枕頭，還有一個是四角形的紅色抱枕，明顯很臟很舊。
酒店的玻璃特別臟，就是那種擦不乾淨的感覺，感覺特別老，十幾年的玻璃。而且窗户是全封閉的，説的是海景房，看不到海，全是樓擋着。
説是雙床房，其實整體大小，雙床房真的衹能放下兩張床，床是木板支稜起來的，很簡陋，容易位移。
箱子幾乎伸展不開，如果要展開，那衹能擋住過道，人就走不過去。
並且，酒店政策是預訂成功後，就不能以任何形式退，跟攜程客服協商，説是衹住第1晚，後面12晚能不能退掉，因為發現環境特別差，並且入住第一天給我們安排的房間沒有WIFI覆蓋，地毯臟臟的。
然後找上攜程客服，並且跟酒店前台聯繫，但是前台態度特別強硬，説是不能退的，衹要預訂成功就不能退，提前退房也不可以。攜程客服態度特別好，跟前台協商，儘管很遺憾退不了，但第二晚幫我們換了一間房間，是有WIFI覆蓋的，但是照樣沒有晾曬衣服的地方，又或者是烘乾機，洗衣機。（因為是來HKU夏校上課的學生，週期比較長，兩週那肯定需要衣服換洗 ）
最後一天，人在學校上課，退房時候發現晚了，還交了300塊的延誤費。
然後是地理位置，首先，儘管它離港大比較近 ，一站地鐵站距離，但其他衹剩缺點，海景房，中間有很多很多高樓的阻擋，樓下的街道很嘈雜，並且人擠人不乾淨 ，在當天晚上換到另一家酒店入住 不僅價格便宜（就是當天的價格對比），並且整體環境要好上快兩倍，很標準的四星級酒店，環境舒適。
很簡單的對比，很大的一個槽點就是電梯儘管有四間（包括員工電梯），但每天上下樓要等上，起碼10分鐘，因為樓層特別高，有30多層，有一次上學急的時候是從16樓直接揹着包跑下樓梯的，因為電梯根本等不到，每一班都滿載，甚至前幾天入住的時候還有1台電梯正在維修。
而另一家是標準的四星級酒店！電梯三間不會出現人擠人的現象 基本一般電梯就兩三個人左右 很正常的酒店人流量，速度也很快。
