The service was outstanding. From reception to the concierge, the service was helpful and exceptional. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and were cleaned to a high standard. The hotel is located on the island, around a 9-minute drive from central and a similar walk to MTR. I would stay here again, but I would love it to be 1km closer to the action!

這趟入住堪稱一場噩夢！所謂“海景房”名不副實，樓下副食品市場嘈雜不堪，船衹裝卸貨物的聲響此起彼伏；更要命的是緊鄰立交橋，整夜車流呼嘯，輪胎與路面的摩擦聲、車輛鳴笛聲不斷，躺在床上如同置身喧鬧的馬路中央，整宿無法入眠。這樣的居住環境，與宣傳中的靜謐海景大相徑庭，實在令人失望透頂！更令人髮指的是酒店的冷血操作！作為哺乳期女性，我因環境惡劣誘發急性乳腺炎，急需提前離港就醫，竟被酒店以“必須提供當日診斷證明”為由強硬拒絕退款。在他們眼裡，消費者的健康安全不過是一紙冰冷的條款！連續的失眠與噪音摧殘，讓我免疫力暴跌，如今不僅乳腺炎加劇，還引發了嚴重的上呼吸道感染，咽喉腫痛如吞刀片，整個人虛弱到無法正常行動。如此罔顧顧客權益、漠視健康的無良商家，必須予以最嚴厲的譴責！
