This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The moment we entered the room, we already knew something was wrong. The carpet was filthy, clearly not cleaned for a long time, and it had a strong musty odor. The bathroom was extremely old, poorly maintained, and honestly quite unsettling — at one point, we even felt like there was something strange or **************** because of the eerie atmosphere and flickering lights. To make things worse, the hotel does not even provide complimentary drinking water, which is standard in most accommodations.
The location is terrible and far from convenient, and the elevator is so old, smelly, and creepy that riding it felt unsafe every time.
The worst part of all: the bed was dirty and infested with bed bugs. We woke up with multiple bites all over our body — completely unacceptable and a major health concern.
I will never book this hotel again, and I strongly warn other travelers to avoid staying here. This place needs a complete renovation and serious hygiene improvements.

Hotel location and room size is okay but the room is old. The shower area is really dirty. The corners are already turning yellow and there is growth of what looks like mould. The sink drains very slowly. The bathroom fan and the air-con make a constant humming noise, it is especially disturbing when you want to try to sleep.

This is the worst hotel in Hong Kong, none of the employees are polite, especially the housekeeping and engineering, there are no toothbrushes in the room and there is no water either, the bathroom is super bad and many of them are badly damaged... basically it's rubbish 😡😡😡😡

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Hotel Kowloon and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent — conveniently situated with a bus stop right in front of the hotel and surrounded by a variety of restaurants, making it easy to explore the area and find dining options.
The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom, as I noticed a stray hair that appeared to have been left from a previous guest. I believe this is an area where the housekeeping standards could be improved to ensure a more consistent level of cleanliness.
Despite this minor issue, my stay was generally enjoyable, and I appreciated the convenience and comfort the hotel provided. With slight improvements in cleanliness, this hotel would be an even better choice for travelers seeking comfort and accessibility in Kowloon.

Receptionist during check in was good but the one during check out was horribly bad, we enquired bus station to airport, he was rude and impatient to response yet our queries were not answered.
The Room was surprisingly spacious in Hong Kong standard, comfortable to stay 2-3 persons.
