During each visit to Hong Kong, I always stay at the Best Western Plus Kowloon hotel. The location is fantastic, with the East TST MTR station just minutes away. There are plenty of local and Western restaurants in the area, along with a Wellcome supermarket, 7-Eleven, and various other shops all within a short walking distance of less than 100 meters.
The service at the hotel is exceptional. If they have a room available, they will always allow you to check in as early as 12 PM, even though the official check-in time is at 3 PM. If you need a late check-out, the hotel is accommodating and will let you check out by 12 PM.
The rooms are well-organized, clean, and offer decent views. As a regular guest, I often receive room upgrades if there is availability. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to all business travelers and even families!!

尖沙咀地段，近地鐵站方便，樓下很多餐館！房間算大但舊，床一坐上去就會有聲音的，而且床單枕袋骯髒….中廁所中段冒出一地泡泡！短暫的休息勉強可以的

Location is wonderful, just near the Hong Kong Science Museum and walking distance to many tourist spots. The Tsim Sha Tsui area is also quite near. Cross the street and walk a few steps and you have a bus stop where the A21 bus goes to the airport for only HKD 34.60.
Buffet breakfast has decent selections and that was good. The service is so-so. Do not expect premium hospitality.
There is shampoo and shower gel but no dental kit. You have to buy it downstairs in the vending machine. On Trip, it's called Best Western Plus Tsim Sha Tsui but it's now renamed to Best Western KOWLOON or something.
At 11 p.m., we woke up to a horrible noise. Someone was using an industrial vacuum! When I asked what's happening, I was told the people at the unit across us spilled something so they had to clean up. Can't use towels?! I would have been OK with it but there was no apology asked. Hotel staff did NOT even say sorry for the disturbance they've caused. I didn't get any sleep after that and just wanted the night to be over so I could check out.
I won't go back.

1）沒有小毛巾洗面
2）床頭或正單房間沒有紙巾，衹有洗手間的廁所紙
3）沒有牙膏牙刷
4）沒有香港國內轉插器
5）冷氣是中央系統，對正床頭，吹到個人好唔舒服
6）大堂櫃麪態度差
7）30年前的裝修，好殘舊
8）沖涼的時候完全去不了水，水已經去到我腳眼位了
9）最生氣的是，這個酒店的女大堂經理，我問他怎樣回深圳，他竟然跟他説不知道，他平常都是開車，這麼把炮嗎？這句説話好像在侮辱客户！沒有開車就不能處理酒店嗎？
