交通方便，离旺角東站只十分钟腳程，有公交站可到各区，地鉄油麻地站也六七分钟，鄰近女人街，金鱼街，廟街，可逛大半天，然後去尖沙咀看维港夜景，坐天星小輪，可平遊一整天！

I injured my foot and wanted to go to a concert. I should have booked the "Metropark Hotel Mong Kok" because there is a direct tour bus there. But I booked the wrong hotel. So, I contacted Ctrip customer service in seconds. The customer service understood my difficulties and helped me negotiate a cancellation. But the hotel in Hong Kong is so unreasonable. Even if I found out in seconds, I couldn't get a refund. If I did, I had to pay a handling fee of more than 300 yuan. I just feel that the so-called rules and regulations in Hong Kong are completely inhumane. They treat tourists like fools, waiting to rip them off when someone commits suicide! Ctrip was really good in this matter. They compensated me 60 yuan and let me take a taxi to the Hong Kong Coliseum. But Hong Kong is a very stressful place to travel to. If it were for Kelly, I really don't want to go there.
