最開始由於自己的緣故鬧了一出笑話，訂錯了日期，酒店也非常友好的跟平台協商取消和處理方式。非常感謝酒店和平台，後面入住當天下了車大堂外的禮賓員面帶微笑，主動上前幫我拿行李，進酒店也有禮賓員開門，酒店大堂經理也非常熱情的詢問我是否要辦理入住，然後引導我去前台，前台小姐姐也非常熱情，辦理時間非常快，辦完會主動帶你去乘坐電梯，並且熱情招手告別。開始還沒進房間以為就是我預訂的房型，沒想到竟然給我升級了一個超豪華套房，這個錢花的真的物超所值，風景怎麼樣就見下圖吧，房間舒適温馨，東西齊全，交通便利，樓下走幾步路就是k11，吃喝玩樂一應俱全。沒得挑毛病。也感謝那天招待我的幾位大堂經理禮賓員，下次來香港還是會選擇海景嘉福。

The location is just right at Tsim Sha Tsui. Great for walking and shopping around. The hotel is getting old, but the room is quite big. Comfortable bed.

哇噻，選擇了洲際酒店真的是非常明智的，維港美景無可挑剔，雖然入住第一天大暴雨，也是另一番意境。酒店服務非常稱心如意，雖然沒有入住到雙床房，但大床房的大床也足夠大👍有一個上午大孩子留在房間睡覺，也打掃了房間👍我們放心的出門玩去了。餐廳的服務也很好，餐品很豐富。

定的海景房，景觀無敵，雖然看的略偏但是景色依舊美麗，走十分鐘左右就到k11和星光大道和地鐵站，周邊還有商場可以吃飯，服務也很不錯，下車會搶着拿行李，前台普通話英語都隨意溝通，本來看部分評價以為是那種很老的酒店，實際上還是蠻不錯的，超預期

Everything was perfect 10 to 10. Very helpful staff. Very good location. The hotel's style was really cool, with a charming old-school boutique vibe that I absolutely loved. I'll definitely stay here again next time.
