抵港的比較晚，預訂的房間房型已經沒有大床房了，我一個人來住店，yuka zhang 特別熱情的幫我解決了問題，還幫我升級了房間。真的非常感謝她的服務。下次來香港，一定還要來這裏。酒店環境也特別棒。

服務還是蠻好的，服務非常細緻，房間乾淨整潔，住了兩次了，第一次雙人房窗户外是牆，空間比較小。第二次應該是免費升級了房型，也是雙人房，空間很大外面是漂亮的維港，還送了兩個飲品券
早餐依舊很棒，周邊也很方便，步行到星光大道k11那裡可以順便看看風景，周圍有好幾個大巴站地鐵站，也有很多吃的

貴！可能因為有演唱會吧。
舊！心中有數了，想着乾淨就行。
乾淨馬馬虎虎吧，好多位置有破損和灰塵，勉強能接受，但都什麼年代了，竟然一個USB接口都沒有！最不能接受的是還是老式浴缸，拉張簾站浴缸裏沖涼，去水太慢，頭髮打泡水己泡到小腿了，洗個頭沖個涼關關停停5次放水！
用浴帽要5元，不能用再生滌綸的？或成本直接打到房價裏讓人心裏舒服點？
不配有水，問咖啡和茶用什麼沖，回覆用自來水，問有沒有過濾過，回答是:我們全香港人都是這樣接自來水煲來喝的！這回答夠自信的，能代表全香港人？這水可是從廁所裏接的喔！
這裏服務的2分是給門僮的，那笑容比較真誠也很勤快！！
