住這個酒店，住兩天還行，不能長住，這個酒店如果是長住，四天才能給你換床上用品，和浴巾。詵刷用品必須自己帶，自己也要帶浴巾，找服務員換浴巾，要20元一條。旁邊其實它的酒店我住過，那裡天天有服務員做衞生。這家酒店就是衞生非常欠缺。網絡不穩定。

這是有史以來住過的不論是地點、清潔度或者服務都是最惡劣的一間酒店。四個人租了兩間房，兩間房不但破舊亦有不明的毛無髮在浴室地板上。床單枕頭都是有污漬的即使投訴後有人來更換但是換來的卻有更多污跡。最過分的是不論是浴室抑或房間都有極多不明的飛蟲和蟑螂。當去投訴想要取消退還最後兩天的房費時得到的回覆卻是，他們沒有辦法控制蟲和蟑螂去哪裏，所以他們也不能提供幫助。
一開始明明有房間可以更換，但卻說沒有房間可更換。再多次投訴才升級更換房間給我們（一間房），但整潔方面同樣都是不能接受的，只可以說是比一開始的好了一點。向平台投訴後經平台聯絡酒店方，亦於事無補，因為酒店方說他們已經提供幫助，堅持不會退還最後兩天的房費。
最後是平台決定由平台方補償我們把最後兩天的費用退還給我們。在這件事上很感謝trip.com的客服，當時已經是凌晨1點，但客服都很樂意去了解我們的情況和盡力幫助我們去和酒店方溝通。雖然最後結果未算理想，但十分感謝平台願意承擔退還兩天房費給我們。
