The price of the room is affordable, not expensive, but it has two bedrooms and one living room, and is cleaned every day. The cleaning lady is also very friendly. Highly recommend friends choose one in Hong Kong.

The location of the hotel is really good, and the scenery by the sea is also nice. But the service is not very good, the front desk is cold and has no smile! There is no drinking water in the room, no power converter, and the room is very old.

Because we were traveling with a large family, we booked two two-bedroom rooms under the same reservation. We arrived at the hotel around 2 pm, and the hotel stipulated check-in at 3 pm. When we checked in, the first person who greeted us was a girl. She was very disdainful of my request for two adjacent rooms. She rolled her eyes frequently. After collecting all our documents, she handed them to colleagues to register, and then started to receive the following passengers. I was not told to hand over to other colleagues to check in. My colleague told me that the two rooms on the same floor were not ready and I needed to wait until three o'clock sharp to check in. I asked if a room was ready and I could let the elderly and children go in and rest first. The front desk replied that check-in must be at three o'clock, but after I checked in, they already took the room card and went upstairs. Then a staff member who seemed to be in management communicated with me. He couldn't express himself clearly in Mandarin and English, and kept speaking in Cantonese. Then I got the room cards for the two rooms on time at three o'clock. The bed in the room is very small. The big bed is very crowded for two people, and the small bed will cause one person to fall out of the bed if he or she turns over. The indoor facilities are old, the lights are dim, some lights cannot be turned on, the windows cannot be opened and there is air leakage and no sound insulation, and the indoor air is damp and moldy. The water pressure of the wash faucet is too high, and water will splash all over you when you open it. There is only one bathroom for two bedrooms, and the design is unreasonable. There is no socket at the bedside of the second bedroom, and there are only two sockets available in the room. The other ones need to be unplugged from the original desk lamp. The hotel does not provide any disposable toiletries for free, and you have to pay for mineral water yourself. When checking in, the tableware provided by the hotel was not clean and had oil stains, and there were also oil stains on the tabletop. The refrigerator has a strange smell.
