原本因為樓上裝修所以出來訂房可以睡個好覺，結果早上10點還是要被酒店內部的裝修吵醒，打去前台溝通問能不能推遲一點或者其他方法，結果前台不耐煩地回答後，裝修的嘈音依舊，確實失望

前台安排很差！！已經早兩天預訂，居然安排在前台旁邊的房間，很多陌生人出入，完全不能夠接受！嘗試跟前台溝通，前台職員說未能安排其他房間，因為已經滿房。我甚至願意付費提升房間，職員先說再上一級的房間已經滿了，需要我付費提升上兩級的房間。我請他計算價錢再作考慮，最後我同意相關價錢，到付款當刻他又說價錢計錯了，是原先的兩倍，十分離譜！
到最後，我查到網上仍然有空房，再跟他反映，他才再次check。又說出錯了原來有其他房間可以安排。
體驗十分差，完全不推薦！

酒店地點：位於工業區內，地點比較不方便，泊車亦比較有點麻煩，只能泊在街上。
酒店服務：可選用自助式登記入住，省時方便。

酒店枱面職員和善，即使怕羞嘅人都唔怕，佢地有自助check in。
但如果係外地遊客請注意，由於香港實施環保，所以很多酒店都沒有提供即棄用品，這間酒店更是沒有提供洗澡用品。

首先，酒店在大街啟福道大街入口封鎖，對住客出入很不方便。
入住時前台職員有禮貌有效率，解釋清楚。
以這房價來說，酒店房間算足夠大，而且衛生，房間有毛巾，一次紙拖鞋提供，但沒有任何個人衛生用品，需要向酒店購買。
冷氣充足，但出風位對正床頭，即使調到最小風，仍然吹正頭部，非常難受，酒店應該調整風位，避免吹正床頭。
