The room is clean. The location is near the MTR station which is very accessible. Sherrie is very accomodating.

very patient and dedicated. mut be the biggest guesthouse i've seen here. room is very well kept and ended up staying another couple extra nights! excellent guest house

I stay 4 nights( 21st-24th of June,2025) in this hotel in Hong Kong. I have very very bed experiences. Because when I Booked hotel through Trip.com, the rooms pictures shown in website & real hotel rooms were vast different. They give me a tiny room(1012). There is no any side table, bed is too small for sleep.
I complain to manager, then they change the room no 1027. It was little better, but not shown as Trip.com website. Bathroom is very tiny, heard to fit. They give me bath towels after 14 hours of check in. They didn’t clean my room even once in 4 days.
The front desk staff is so rude. She didn’t answer properly. Other staff say, Ok I do now. but they never did anything. Which I was needed.
I request Trip.com to remove this hotel from your website. So in future me & other visiter not feel cheated.
& my request to Trip. Com to refund my money which I pay you at the time of book booking & what I pay at the time of check in.
