Hong Kong H8 Hostel

The hostel is very conveniently located. It's the first building on the left after exiting Exit C2 of Nathan Road MTR Station in Tsim Sha Tsui. Arrive at the entrance and scan and add the host on WeChat. Send a screenshot of your reservation and your name. After they confirm your ID, you can check in. It's very convenient. The host was cleaning inside, so I asked for information about nearby attractions and restaurants. She was very friendly and explained in detail. The room was new, and the bathroom was very clean. Another great feature is that there's a table on the rooftop terrace where you can smoke. Since most buildings in Hong Kong are non-smoking, this was very convenient. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay again.

This is my first bad review ever! This hotel is outrageous and directly bullies guests. At almost 9 p.m., they forced a customer to cancel their order, check out, and move out, all because I reported the strong smell of renovations to the hotel on WeChat (they said the WeChat owner was the owner) and my throat was swollen. At 3:34 p.m., no one replied. I'd been in the car all day, busy from morning to afternoon, and didn't have the energy to move, so I opened the window to get some fresh air and went to the adjacent drain. I was halfway through the shower and had to turn off the water to wait for it to drain, but it was too slow. After all that, I was ready to rest. At 8:45, a female employee came over and asked if I had complained about the smell. She didn't look very happy. I explained that I have rhinitis and am sensitive to the smell of renovations, and my throat was swollen after just an hour. She asked if there was anything they could do about it, but they said no! I said, "Never mind, I'll just make do for one night." The female employee went out to call the owner and came back, telling me to cancel my order and leave. If you feel uncomfortable, just leave. I told them I was tired and was already in my pajamas, so I wouldn't bother! They just stood there and refused to leave, demanding I move right away because I'd reported a problem. As a woman, exhausted after a long day, I was furious. I called the boss, whom the female employee mentioned, to ask what he meant. The boss was even more aggressive, saying, "Are you saying you're not feeling well? We're concerned about your health. If you're not feeling well, just check out. Why are you still staying?" Isn't that excessive? They're saying you can't report any issues while you're staying at this establishment. Even if you report it, if the person is unhappy, they want you to move out. And they're saying they're afraid I'll blackmail them later? It made me laugh! This attitude and approach to problem-solving was incredibly violent and excessive. Instead of solving the problem, they're solving the person who raised it! Later, another male employee came and demanded I recount the incident. He aggressively stated that the hotel had been open for six months and there was no odor, but when I checked in, there was a strong hallway odor. When I checked in, I asked the female employee, who said it had been open for two months, even though it had clearly just opened. He then offered to move me to a room with less odor and facing the street, which was quite noisy. I barely managed a few hours of sleep with earplugs, but the next day, my rhinitis returned severely. I went to buy medicine by myself. I like the way Ctrip customer service handled the matter. They really care about customers. Black shops cheat customers, and temporary youth hostels are built illegally on rooftops. Be careful!

很好 就是床隔間太短了 身高比較高的話腿一直伸不開，其他都很好。 設施：挺新的 衞生：很乾凈 床品還有淡淡香味 環境：挺好的 在喜利大廈 出門就是地鐵站 交通便利 服務：阿姨人很好

房間不錯，乾淨衞生，設施也很齊全，還有飲水機和窗户，乾淨明亮，就是需要坐電梯到十五樓然後再爬兩層樓梯上來，如果有行李的話有點累

房間很乾凈，在17樓，還有一個陽台，很舒服，性價比很高，老闆是安徽的還送了飲料
