Overall good experience to stay with good service of hotel front desk and shuttle bus is provided to HK central.

All good, no 24/7 convenience stores nearby though. Clean and good, rooms are not the biggest but for HK standard it’s ok

The hotel is great, it looks amazing. The reception team are polite, knowledgeable, and willing to help (in my case, they helped me with a number of issues, and did it elegantly, quickly, and with a smile). The housekeeping are amazing and made me feel at home. Hygiene and cleanliness is a priority for them. Rooms are big enough, beds are comfortable, A/C and the shower work well. Lighting in the room is well thought through. The only tip for the traveller: if tea in paper sachets is not your thing, make sure you bring your own. It's not that big a deal, but I was happy I had my own favo with me, as I enjoyed a cuppa in my room in the evening and Lipton is not my kinda tea. As for location, I just loves my it: two minutes down the road is a tram stop for Kennedy Road, and it's cheap, enjoyable and will take you to the heart of HK in 15 minutes. 10-12 minute walk away is an MRT station Wan Chai that will also take you anywhere in the city. About 8 minute walk will take you to the Blue House and to a temple. There are enough restaurants, big, small, cheap, expensive and anything in between to give you an excellent culinary experience of HK. Besides the hotel's restaurant offers great deal too. In short, very much recommended!

Beautiful hotel at also very good location! I will start with location: hotel is placed at Wan chai and for all main attractions you can find bus if front of the hotel. Subway is also close, but when is raining you must walk 10min to subway station. So generally speaking who will use most of the times subway you must walk a bit, but for busses and general location it is very nice and good. Hotel room: We took deluxe room, and we were comfortable with 2 big luggages inside and baby stroller. Room is very nice and clean with nice view. Hotel maid was changing sheets often and kept room cleanness on a high level. Meals - Breakfast (7-10am): We didn't have breakfast included in room package, but hotel is offering to pay breakfast per person any time you want, which was suitable for us because we were active all day long, so sometimes we ate it, sometimes we skip it. Food is very nice, there are nice food and ingredients to eat. Breakfast is not best I had, for sure you will be full, but for us fits perfect to go out for exploring the city and not worrying for eating outside, because in HK most of the food places start working after 9-10am. General impression with hotel experience for us was 10/10

Hotel is slightly out of the centre of Wan Chai, around 15 mins walk from the Metro Station.

Awesome Hotel beautiful rooms Pros: Beautiful Hotel , Nice cleanliness, very well behavioural staff, polite and friendly.  Cons: Rooms are very small ( PS: Has not seen the rooms of other hotel   Slightly out of the main Area but not a problem you can walk if you dnt have and issues walking..
