1. The elevator stopped working in the morning and could not go up or down. We booked on the 15th floor. We could only walk through the scary garbage can staircase corridor
2. The bed on the second floor gave me a headache
3. The toilet paper was full and no one came to clean it
4. A group of snoring guys snored loudly all night and no one came to process the order and ensure the living environment
