I had to extend my stay and I couldn't change the hotel. Look at my previous comment to see more.
Also, the subway station wasn't that close, so that's a bit annoying, but the bus station is near. Here are a few more pics from the window of the room

Although some minor problems happened such as water leaking, soap tap broken so do but the front desk staff is quick response. I am still thumbs up because they get the job done.

第二次來住了 確認出發的前三天訂酒店都來得及
設施：酒店很新設施也很不錯 第一次住的是海景 這次是城景 升到了20樓 房間的佈局，包括這一面大窗户都很棒～
這次唯一不足的就是 浴室的水忽大忽小 馬桶的下水有一點問題 但是不影響
連住了三晚 出門會掛打掃的牌子 回來打掃得很乾凈，床鋪也整理了，就連扔在床上的睡衣也幫忙整理了～ 還記得第一次住的時候在電梯間偶然遇到了兩個清潔姐姐 很和善充滿幸福的笑容，一直記憶猶新
這個酒店很方便，從香港西九龍直接坐地鐵，應該是四站左右就可以到，很快十幾分鍾
去西貢海邊淺水灣都很方便 尖沙咀旺角何文田都很近 最主要是方便！！叉燒米線重慶小麪麥當勞就在附近還有水果店腸粉店超市 （最主要附近還有屈臣氏和萬寧 再也不用辛苦找了）
服務：不需要按金，天氣不好，還可以借雨傘

Stay here only if you want to be close to Kai Tak stadium. That’s all.
The business owner clearly neglects the aesthetics of the building interior. Black patches on ceilings and walls. The conditions of my room door, although, still functions as it should, the aesthetics does not.
Luckily the showers and bedsheets are considered clean. However, plenty of dust in various corners of my room.
I have stayed in many establishment and on various occasions have items shipped or couriered to me.
However, this hotel did clarify via email that they will not be held responsible for any items (received on guests behalf) lost and directed me to utilise “SF”. I had to further enquire about the correct address to use (for the document to be sent to me). Expecting a foreigner (who has never heard of it before) to understand what is SF is very far fetched. As if assuming I live my life like a local. On the day of check in, it was expressed to me (as if I am dumb) that “everyone uses SF”, upon asking for directions to retrieve my mail. However, thanks to this experience, I have learned something new.
Check in and check out was a breeze. There are many local eateries around this area.

The room was good value for the price, and the bed was large and very comfortable. The view is nice. However, the air conditioner was quite noisy, which made it a little hard to sleep.
