Nothing extraordinary; Small but relatively clean, you get fresh towels every day. Onboarding at night had a little hiccup but worked out in the end. Owner doesn’t speak English but responds readily with translator once you get her phone number. Mattresses clean but thin (see foto). A/C works well. Windows seal off most noise from street. shower standard and works well, clean. Location ist highly central and close to the metro and buses. Living in central probably also works fine since public transport is efficient.

Location was excellent. Near train terminals (5mins walk frm Monglok station) and bus stops. Near shopping malls, convenience stores, restaurants and fast food too. This place is right in the middle of the city. We stayed at Rm 1601 for 5 days. Room was newly renovated and very clean. Even sheets were clean and crisp. Towels were replaced everyday. All my requests were granted- room away from elevator and with windows. With hot water. A quiet place to rest after a long day of leisure. Thanks Sunny Joy! My family and I were very satisfied with our stay. We will book in this place again when given a chance to come back to Hongkong.

the overall experience of my family during their trip were all good.. The rooms are just enough and provides basic equipment.. If there's anything that I would recommend for improvement is the english communications of the lady at the reception as need to have translator apps to communicate better.. Other than that, I would recommend this for other travelers and again for my family..

Everything is reasonable acceptable, room is tiny small, but its understand budget type, the location is really unexpected 👍 good
