Very bad. We stayed at the hotel from the 21st to the 30th. On the 30th, we accidentally slept 2 hours past the check-out time. We opened the door to collect our belongings and threw them out of the room. If you want to pay a fine for 2 hours, then just pay. Why do you have to do this? It's so horrible...😞

As noted in most reviews, the rooms are tiny! The small compact spaces however are a trade off for excellent location (heart of Mongkok, right next to metro station) and affordability.
The bed is comfortable, place is clean, service prompt - may perhaps not be for everybody but okay if convenience and budget are higher priorities.
Stayed 5 nights and didn't lose sleep - for the price, did the job!

Without notifying directly that there was no house available, I moved from Mong Kok to Jordan. Obviously, Jordan's room is older. Not to mention the permanent ones, when you wake up in the morning, you can see cockroaches crawling directly on the sink.

The boss upgraded me to a private room. The environment is relatively clean and there is an independent air conditioner in the room. I will book here again next time I come to Hong Kong!
