I spent one night in a dorm with two other girls, who were very nice. My flight arrived at 1:00 a.m. at Hong Kong airport, and with the travel time, I arrived at the hostel around 2:30 a.m. Despite the late hour, the receptionist gave me a warm welcome.
The room was clean, as was the bathroom, which also had soap and shampoo. The curtains weren't completely blackout, but using a blindfold, that wasn't a problem. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Regarding access, it can be a bit tricky to find: you have to enter through an entrance marked "Sincere House" (there are several entrances). When I stayed there, there was someone to help me at the entrance. The hostel is on the 7th floor. Once you're on the 7th floor, you'll find it easily; there's a sign, and just ring the bell for apartment 707.
For the price, this hostel is definitely worth it.
