Very, very disappointed! 1. Service: The receptionist at check-in was very cold and indifferent. He shouted at me when I didn't have my ID. I asked him to give me two room cards and specifically told him not to take them. I asked who wanted them, and he immediately yelled, "Don't say that! Many people take their cards and don't return them." I got even more angry and asked, "Does this mean everyone does it?" He then went silent. 2. Cleanliness and Facilities: As soon as I entered the room, it felt very dated. The furniture was faded, the sheets had black spots, and the quilt was damp. The bathroom was also very, very small. 3. Price: Normally, it's around 800-900, which isn't cheap for Mong Kok. I thought the price wasn't bad, but I was so disappointed. I booked two nights at a discounted rate, but I didn't realize that these discounted rates are non-refundable. I deeply regret it. I would have preferred to book at the original price, at least with a refund if it wasn't suitable. In the end, I had to settle. My experience in Hong Kong was generally positive, but my biggest regret was booking this hotel. Please avoid this place.
