We enjoyed our times around the pool and the friendly service during our stay. The room was spacious and clean. "Amazing hotel with so much outdoor space perfectly located in the ancient town! Breakfast buffet is nice, you can choose to sit indoor with conditioning air or enjoy the amazing garden on the outside tables. Glass bottles in the rooms are much appreciated with water refill for a planet friendly use. Free bicycles are also so convenient for a nice ride to the beach! Highly recommended !"

"This was my first time visiting Hoi An, and as a solo traveler, I was looking for something peaceful but still close to the Old Town and Vy Maison was perfect. The location is quiet and cozy, yet it’s just a short walk to all the action. From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtful and intentional. My room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed perfect for unwinding, reflecting, or even journaling if that’s your vibe. I genuinely loved just being at the hotel, even without doing much exploring. The pool was peaceful, the entire space had this calm, welcoming energy, and the aesthetics? Gorgeous. Breakfast each morning was a dream fresh fruits, delicious local dishes, and so much care in every detail. One of my favorite parts was the little foot bath they give you every evening. It’s a small touch but makes you feel so cared for after a day out. I also booked the airport pickup through the hotel, it was smooth, affordable, and took the stress out of arriving. They offer bike rentals too (which I didn’t take advantage of this time but definitely will next visit). Honestly, I’m already thinking about when I can come back. Whether you’re traveling solo, with friends, or as a couple, I’d highly recommend Vi Maison. It’s easily a 15 out of 10 for me."

"Enjoyed our stay at La Silk. The hotel is well decorated and refurbished. And in its own words trying to model itself after Santorini. Here is my quick summary: Buffet breakfast: good overall selection (changes each day) and nice egg and noodle station. Pool: good size, but only for the keen as it is prominently located and fairly cold in February. Rooms: good size with a small balcony. Don’t expect much if a view, can be noisy and downstairs smoking seemed to permeate our toilets. Location: abit on the outskirts of town. Grab drivers cancel your trips because the entrance access is through a very tight lane. Customer service: staff are helpful and quick to attend to you."

I especially loved the curved blue sofa and the natural wood accents that gave it a retro-modern feel. The bed was comfortable, and the attached bathroom had a beautiful patterned tile design that gave it character. The room had everything I needed — aircon worked well, and the amenities were thoughtful. I loved the artistic lighting and the photo decor above the bed — small touches that made a big impact. 🚿 Bathroom Glass partition with a stylish and clean design. Hot water worked perfectly and the water pressure was just right. "Super kind staff, super clean! Amazing price for value. It’s an aesthetic boutique hotel with the coziness and warmth of a home stay. Huge thanks to Phuong, Long, Dung, Mai, Trang and others who made us feel at home! We loved our 2 weeks stay at Vaia with a toddler and 5 suitcases. We were originally unsure because the hotel didn’t have too many reviews since it was so new, but the price was right and we are so glad we took the chance! Room was so spacious, simple yet functional. Breakfast has choice of coffee, noodle soup, choice of eggs, fruits, protein and carbs (rice pancakes bread etc). Housekeeping daily. Front desk can be reached via WhatsApp and support on tickets for various attractions or recommendations. Water pressure was very strong. Many bikes and one with a toddler seat. No elevator but not too many steps plus staff support you with luggage. Air con works!! Location is across from grocery store for convenience, by pharmacies and a big park. Plenty of local foods too. I liked that it wasn’t directly in Old Town but a simple 5-10 min walk to the center. Also 4 min walk to Zen Library for anyone considering a stay with kids! Rice paddy cafes just 5-10 min via Grab or a bike ride away. Laundry is easy too and plenty of options nearby. We also had several friends visit us during our stay and all of us loved the hotel, we couldn’t believe the value for money. Honestly everything was perfect but made even more so with the small happy staff team working there 🥰"

"Wonderful Stay in Hoi An – 10/10 Experience We had an amazing stay here. The staff were very accommodating and nice, providing us with a map and great suggestions on where to go. They also offer motorbike rentals, making it easy to explore — it’s only a few minutes’ ride to the hidden beach. They even prepared a lovely setup for my boyfriend’s birthday, which we truly appreciated. The only hiccup was on the first night when the room wasn’t made up, the bathtub wasn’t fixed, and the toilet flush kept running. However, the staff resolved these issues immediately after we mentioned them. Overall, a fantastic stay and absolutely worth recommending!"

"May and here team are amazing! The service was beyond expectations and the room was perfect. The shower has such great pressure and held its temperature, which has been something a lot of places in Vietnam miss. May and her staff booked motorbikes, train tickets, tours and extended our stay in the same room with no hassle to ourselves and gave us great advice for what was good to do and better skipped. Couldn't recommend more. The location is also perfect as it's an easy walk into the old town but also far enough away for it not to be too busy or noisy around the hotel itself."
