"As Aurora chaser, we can observe from inside the room and keep warm while waiting, of course the best angle is still outside the apartment. Normal sedan car can reach the place despite the road has lots of holes. One of the shared bathroom is using infrared sensor light which is annoying because inside the shower area, the sensor could not detect my presence, hence it always gets dark in the middle of shower and I have to wave my hand outside the curtain. Nevertheless the bathroom has awesome scenery. Kitchen are clean when we arrived, but the tools are abit wear off, they are usable though."

"Great place to stay, have breakfast buffet which is good as there are no restaurant nearby unless you head to Hofn. Door is hard to lock/unlock, otherwise room is good."

"It is a 10-minute drive from Hepburn Town, with parking spaces, which is very convenient for self-driving. The price-performance ratio is high, the room environment is good in Europe, and the hotel front desk is very polite."

"Service is very good, breakfast is delicious, but remind not to open the window! Don't believe that there are no mosquitoes in Iceland. I met the largest mosquitoes in my life and flew into the room. I didn't sleep well all night and was bitten all night."

"Because I made an appointment to see the ice cave the next day, I found that it was only 46 kilometers away from the meeting point. Although I had to go back, the price was the most cost-effective, so I booked it. We didn’t arrive at Glacier Lagoon until 10 o’clock in the evening. After taking pictures, we arrived at the hotel at 11:30. I discovered that there is a large glacier behind the hotel. You can completely see it from the window of the room. When you were lying on the bed, you also found that there was a skylight on the roof. You could see it while lying on the bed. See the stars and auroras! "It is a standalone cabin and the surroundings are quiet and nice. The kitchen is a bit narrow though Most kitchen utensils and sauces were provided. It was good to use too There was coffee left in the microwave that seemed to have been left behind by a previous traveler. There was a little hair sometimes. However, it was good for use by a family or more than 3 people. I also liked the photo zone created on the hill."

"Clean, spacious, well equipt, family friendly and good customer service! 😊 Tough times are a blessing in disguise, it always reveals the true color of the people around us. We planned to stay in 2020 however Covid happened. Team was very understanding and accommodating to our predicament. It was a happy surprise to find premise exceeding our expectations too! Shoes are well organised with rack and oraginsers neatly stacked at entrance. Reception was friendly and informative. Room was clean and neat. In room wash basin was a big plus! There were 2 spacious and well equipt WCs to our section of 6-8rooms. 2 spacious dining areas, 1 large double fridge, 1 single fridge, spacious well equipt kitchen with various prep tables and 2-3+ sinks, pots/pans of various sizes, kitchen towels, utensils, cutleries, hot water dispenser, toaster, coffee percolator, sandwich press, oven, microwave, beverages and absolutely all one needs in the kitchen and more are furnished. It is also children friendly with baby chair, cot and safe play area provided. Rooms are well sectioned with family rooms assigned at the back, away from the hustle and bustle. There are also rooms in basement. There is also a washer/dryer and small drying rack at the far end, past kitchens and book cabinet with reading materials for the avid reader. We had a good comfortable night stay and hope you do too! 🙂"

"The structure and layout of Milk Factory Hotel is very simple and clear. After parking your car at the entrance of the hotel, you will see the reception to check in. The hotel's guest rooms seem to have only one floor. The restaurant area is in the middle of a circle of guest rooms. The room is in a loft layout, with upstairs and downstairs, so it is no problem for four people to stay. I found that the biggest advantage of hotels in Iceland is that they clean very carefully and cleanly. Compared with those in China, what impressed me the most was that they did not miss any dead corners when cleaning. That day my mobile phone fell into the gap between the headboard of the bed, and I had to pull open the headboard to get it. I was surprised to find that it was cleaned very cleanly. "The hotel is located next to the gas station at the entrance to the town and the rooms are simple and clean. There are supermarkets and various handicraft shops nearby. It is especially recommended that the restaurants in the town eat lobsters. Each has its own characteristics. In short, it is worth living in the town for two days."

"There is a large parking lot at the door in the city. The hotel does not have an elevator, and it is difficult to carry large luggage if you live on a high floor. However, the guy at the front desk helped and carried two boxes upstairs at once. I give him a thumbs up."
