"The place is simply beautiful. However it speaks in volume where the service level is concerned  We had an issue with our local Namibian guide where our trip was potentially in jeopardy with our rental car being withdrawn due to the latter’s mistake  The hotel manager, Johnny was awesome in helping us to resolve the issue and the service crew, Jessica, Ruby and Moses exhibited such care and concern that our flailing confidence in Namibians was restored  We applaud Gondwana canyon resort for having such a great crew and look forward to a visit again in the near future"

"Our stay in the Gondwana Canyon Lodge was just fantastic – really everything has really been very good! Specially the Sundowner on the mountain is an absolute highlight and very recommendable. The staff in the Lodge was one of the most friendly we have experienced in Namibia and has made our stay comfortable around. One point: We had wished a quiet cottage on the edge, but we got one in the middle of the plant."
