It’s just a few steps away from the main road and a park. Few steps away from Bu Vien Walking Street. Few steps away from Giant Ibis Transport if you wanna go to Cambodia. The hotel is clean, wifi is good. Lots of convenience stores and nearby restaurants, and coffee shops.

Spacious bathroom with nice shower. Excellent service. Location is in the alley, near to the main road.

The hotel location is very accessible and it’s also clean but budget friendly. The receptionist is kind. I really recommend this hotel for traveler’s on the budget side but also want a decent room.

The place is located in an alley. I'm a little confused, but that's part of the fun of traveling. The staff are kind. The lock was broken and I needed some tricks to open it. There were various rules regarding fines.

The hotel room is clean, tidy, and completed with standard amenities. I had a little issue with the door, but the staff helped me. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend We booked Felix Hotel for a 3-night stay in Ho Chi Minh City, and it was a disappointment from the start. The room looked nothing like the photos shown on Trip.com. Everything felt old, worn-out, and unclean. The double bed was actually two single beds pushed together, making it very uncomfortable. The air-conditioning was weak, the towels were off-white, and water took several seconds to start flowing—hot water took a few minutes to come and either shut off or turned scalding without warning. One of the worst parts was the shower gel and shampoo, which smelled rotten, likely due to uncleaned bottles mixed with old water and product. We even found a used, dirty tissue inside the drawer of the nightstand, which seemed like it had been there for days. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Our room was at the top floor beside the stairway to the attic. Every morning, around 7–8 AM, we were woken up by loud talking, either from staff or guests—no chance to sleep in. The hallways were dirty, with used linens and towels piled up near the elevator, making the whole place feel unhygienic. Even the toothpaste provided was watery, not paste. We considered changing hotels immediately, but we had already paid for three nights. We left as soon as we could after that. We will never return and do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a terrible experience and not worth the money or the discomfort.

We stayed at this hotel for a four nights. The first room we got was a bit old and quite small for three people. On our second night, we even saw a cockroach. We reported it to the front desk, and they were very accommodating—they even offered to change our room. We decided to stay since it was just a minor issue. When we extended our stay for another night, we were given a much bigger and sturdier room, which was a nice surprise. I would like to commend the front desk staff, especially Ai, who was very helpful and friendly—it felt like talking to an old friend. Another staff member (I think his name is Han) was also very kind and seemed to be on duty almost all the time. Overall, the hotel is okay for its price. The location is great—very convenient and close to many stores and restaurants. A little improvement in cleanliness and room upkeep would make the experience even better.

This is a budget hotel, and the quality matches the price. The location is excellent, just a few steps away from the Bui Vien Street, although the Hotel itself is in a small alley, not really easy to find. The cleanliness was not perfect, but everything was working fine. The rooms acoustics are bit poor since you can hear other guests talking from near rooms. The staff is very is nice, friendly and helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff. Location is next to the backpackers area, very central (District 1) and close to lots of restaurants and tailors if you want clothes made. The front desk staff in particular were very kind.

Best thing about this hotel is its location in the center of city. The hotel is pretty old but clean. The bad thing is that there were no duvet covers.

The room was big and overall decent however the best part was the staff for sure! Tracy was extremely helpful and kind helping with not only the hotel questions but as a mini guide to the city!

We stayed for 5 nights. The staff were helpful and nice, however the room was a bit tiered. The air con isn’t great so it would get hot at times. But overall a fair price for what you get. It’s very close to walking street and other tourist attractions.
