The hotel is in the moddle of a construction site, you can only reach there by walking and at night, like i did, was not simple. Rooms are small, even if I got a superior that supposed to be 25 SQMT, it was small. When I entered room smelled of cigarette, hotel was advertised as non smoking (but I have seen an ashtray in the room) and floor was dirty. Lovely guy at the reception, that's probably the only positive aspect of my stay
