Clean and central, close to central market and main square, very convenient! The lady owner is very friendly and helpful, despite she doesn't speak English, but she always try very hard to use Google translate app to communicate with me with no problem at all.

Had two separate bookings with the hotel as I was going to Machu Picchu and staying overnight there. During my first day at this hotel in my first reservation, I was asked to pay for this second booking together. No receipt given but was assured that there will not be any misunderstanding. Was told to pack and leave my things at the reception and check out and re-check in. So not sure why I needed to pay for the second reservation upfront in my first booking (Maybe afraid that I would cancel it as I was really tempted to). As mentioned in my previous post, the amenities are severly lacking, cause of low water supply, the pipes and toilet filling up is very loud and the water flow from the tap is like the picture at night and it was trickling and dripping one of the early mornings when I had a tour. In short, i will not stay here again.

The room was clean and the WiFi was good. The location was in the city center, so it was easy to get to. The hotel staff were very polite.

The lady boss is very nice and the decoration style of the hotel is unique and unique.

The location of the hotel was very close to Plaza de Armas, and the owner and staff were very friendly. However...I made a quick reservation at a low price...but the hot water didn't work...and the cleanliness... Still, overall I’m satisfied!!

It’s cheap to go out for fun, and you get what you pay for. 1. There are insect corpses on the bathroom towels 2. The hot water gate of the hotel is controlled by the boss. If you want to take a shower early when you return to the hotel, you have to ask the boss to open the gate. 3. There was no hair dryer in the room, so I asked the boss to get one. I don’t know what era it was from. It was very small. It smelled like burning after a while and turned red all over. The wind became stronger and smaller. 4. The room is not soundproofed. You can hear clearly even people talking and flushing upstairs and downstairs.

A great little spot to stay at if you are backpacking or finding day travel too much. Location is good and also recommended by a few of our friends 😊 We are starting to plan our next trip in neighbouring countries too and we will stay here again soon.

What a fabulous location, so convenient, yet so nice and quiet! The staff were so friendly and hospitable. Ot was very clean and we would highly recommend staying here to all. Can’t wait to come back!!
