Amazing accommodation near Asoke BTS and all the good food around the area. The property is very new with very good furnishings and fittings. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The add-on breakfast is value for money where you get a main course plus a small spread of buffet to get your daily salad and fruits. Will definitely stay here again if I am back at Bangkok.

It is the perfect little oasis amongst the central tourist strip. 10 mins walk from the Asok BTS station and Terminal 21. 5 mins from 711. The room was spotless clean, modern, cosy, sweet air-con and very well equipped. Capsule coffee maker and a small selection of hot beverage and soft drinks in the fridge. High performance washer/dryer. Comfortable dinning and seating area with YouTube and Netflix if you wanna wind down after a long day in the chaos of the city. The sound-proofing is pretty impressive considering the central location. Very good sized bed with another smart TV and dressing area. Good sized bathtub. Japanese toilet and bidet. The staff spoke great English and were super attentive and professional. From the time I arrived to when I checked out, I was taken good care of. Por helped me with my suitcase as soon as I got out of the taxi. The reception was responsive and room service staffs delivered all my requests (laundry liquid, dishwasher soap, power adaptor) within minutes. Honestly, if you want to treat yourself have a place that is located near all the fun places but have everything you need then GM would be a great choice. I never got around to seeing the pool or the gym because... :D I didn't eat at the hotel because there were so many to choose from on Grab.

Inexperienced receptionists maybe due to new hotel. Not customers friendly. We were given a wrong exit no of Asok BTS when arrived. We were told to take exit 5 which is opposite to hotel direction. It should be exit 3. We have not been briefed at once during check iin on which floor the breakfast is seviced. Which floor is swimming pool located. The shuttle service is not as friendly as described on the hotel website. The shuttle service is only halfway from hotel to Asko BTS and you still have to walk halfway yourself. The shuttle service is provided with limited intervals yet you can request subject to availability of driver. However quality of breakfast is exceptionally good with excellent service from restaurant staff. This will compensate a little of disappointment with this hotel. My day was made with a surprising latte in the morning.

We are very happy and enjoyed our stay. We were upgraded to a bigger room👍。The only setback is the wifi which requires to login once not in use.

They upgraded me for free. Solid gym, pool. I have no complaints. Every time I go to bangkok, I’ll be staying at this hotel.

Great hotel, great location. Apartment is clean and new. Breakfast was excellent. All staff very helpful and courteous, especially staff named Oil. Highly recommend staying here

All facilities are new and excellent. The room is spacious. The semi-buffet breakfast is outstanding. The bathtub and shower are superd compared with other hotesl in Bangkok. I booked this hotel for 5 nights because it has a washing machine inside the room. However, some minor policy is disappointing. 1. There is no washing powder. Upon request on the front desk, she replied that washing powder is provided once per visit no matter how long I stay. So, I need to buy washing powder at supermarker myself. 2. The wifi is limited to 4 devices only which is not enough for us.

Very new and nice hotel with good location to 2 shopping malls. One air conditioner is a bit noisy.
