What a beautiful oasis hidden amongst a concrete jungle. From the friendly faces upon arrival to the adorable cats that wander about to the delicious breakfast served between 7-10am, we loved it all. There is a Koi fish pond where you can buy fish food for 20 baht, always amusing walking past them. The pool is immaculate. The only constructive feedback i would have would be to get more sun loungers as 5 didn't seem to be enough a few days we were there. An on site gym would also elevate this property far above the surrounding. If you're heading to Chiang Mai, book this resort! and be sure to book a mountain view room. There are bicycles on site you can borrow for free or multiple companies with adverts in reception that you can request a scooter from. Self service laundrette 1 minute to the left of the property.

10/10 for The location and great service, staffs are friendly and active to help. Overall of the hotel is clean and nice, Only thing that bother is the room floor, the room is on 2fl and the ground is kinda uneven (like having a big bump up on the ground) and sometime the toilet smell.

This is a very good choice of staying to travelling to any places not far from downtown, the room was so nice and clean and the other facilities are well maintenance, so everything is in good condition for using. I was very impressed for 4 bottles of water per day 😆.

We stayed at Room no. 1022 Room: Clean, clever and well equipped, bathroomwith rainbow-shower,etc. Swimmingpool: Big enough also for a swim, clean, well maintained Location: Side-Soi between train-station and bus-station roads and known by Tuk-Tuk, etc. Breakfast: Basic but still OK for a two or three days stay (lunch or dinner not available) Parking (Car): On side and free Staff: Friendly, accuracy and helpful.

On the day I first arrived, it was too dark and I felt panicked. I found out later that this was a treasure. There are restaurants to eat if you go left or right, and they are all delicious. There are more than one coffee, fruit smoothie, and bakery. The photos are all places that can be reached by walking nearby, and I didn't take photos of many of them. There are also two cute cats in the hotel, Xiao Hei and Xiao Huang. Xiao Hei rarely comes out, and Xiao Huang is very naughty and likes to play. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic. The hotel can also rent motorcycles and deliver the car to your door without having to find it yourself. It is very convenient. It only takes 5 minutes to ride a motorcycle to Tha Phae Gate.

The room is quite big, but the facilities are a bit old. The bathroom has a strong odor. If you don't close the door at night, you will be unbearable by the smell. We booked a room with street view. It was very noisy at night, and the motorcycles were very loud. However, the service attitude of the waiter was very good. The swimming pool is the highlight of this hotel. The price is still acceptable. The location is a bit remote

The solid wood furniture in the room is very warm. The breakfast is average, with few varieties. It is about 7 kilometers away from the ancient city and Ningman Road, which is quite remote. It is very dark outside at night and there are no businesses, only one or two restaurants. There is no 711 or convenience store nearby. There are motorcycles and bicycles for rent. The children like the koi in the hotel pool very much, and you can buy fish food for 20 koi.

Even though I checked in late, the staff welcomed me so warmly, so I was grateful~!! The guest room and bathroom were both clean and spacious, which was nice The pool was also convenient because we could use it aloneㅎㅎ They lend bicycles for free, and you can rent a motorbike for a fee The breakfast menu isn't very extensive, but it's clean and delicious! The location is a bit ambiguous, but... the area is quiet and there aren't many people, so I think that's a good thing!
