"It is a pity this time that the clouds on Mount Pilatus are too thick and white, without seeing the sunrise and sunset and the long-awaited beauty, completely wasting more than 2,000 yuan. Hotel facilities are very simple, for the sake of the scenery can be tolerated, including breakfast and dinner, the price is OK."

"The beds are very comfortable and clean! The scenery is pleasant, I will go on vacation next time! Be sure to bring a comfortable swimsuit for a dip in the lake. The breakfast is rich in variety and there are supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. The only drawback is that it is a bit far from the station, which is a bit inconvenient if you are not driving by yourself."

"The hotel is located on Lucerne Mountain, about ten minutes drive from the city, relatively quiet, the room can see the mountain view, the air is better. The hotel has air conditioning but the space is small. Compared with other hotels I booked in Switzerland, this one is a bit useless, 1500 a night is not cost-effective"

"Switzerland is indeed expensive for ordinary people like us. The beauty of Switzerland is well-deserved. The only thing is that this hotel is a bit far from the center of Lucerne. It is on the edge of the city. We walked directly from the station to the hotel. It took us almost 50 minutes. Because we had luggage, we walked slowly. It was also quite quiet. If you take a bus, it is not far. We walked and enjoyed the scenery. There is nothing special. As for the facilities, they are all in the comment section, so I won’t comment."

"Our room was quiet at night even though it was facing road and Mt Pilatus. The hotel has a very good sound proof windows installed.
Hotel was near a bus stop and journey to main train station was about 20 mins."

"We had booked 2 nights and arrived in the evening. The cable car and the cog railway end right in front of the reception. In the evening there was a wonderful 4-course menu that you can put together as an option. We were given excellent advice on the choice of drinks. We were seated and had another table the next night. We were lucky with the weather and were able to enjoy the sunrise from the bed. The breakfast is a buffet with everything your heart desires. We were given a valley and a mountain ride from the hotel. We came within 5 m of the ibex. The sunset is just spectacular from the highest point. The stay on the Pilatus is also an unforgettable experience thanks to the ”imperial weather” and the many photos."

"When we first arrived at the hotel, the front desk sold us the expensive room in the main building, but we didn't want it because there was no balcony. When we got to the room, it didn't seem to be the balcony room we booked, so we changed it again. The Asian restaurant was quite expensive and didn't taste good. It was Michelin, the standard of a normal Thai restaurant in China. People probably went there just for the view and the spa."
