"這家酒店蠻有意思的，優點和缺點並存: 1.酒店開業有些年頭了，外觀高端大氣上檔次，恢宏典雅，位於縣城一個巨大的轉盤路口前，辨識度很高。雖然是老酒店但裝修精良考究，空間也比一般的酒店寬大，價格還是實惠的。不過走廊缺乏必要的裝飾，燈光冷白，看上去有些空曠陰森，很像九十年代末期招待所的感覺。 2.保潔不錯，潔凈程度能比肩星級酒店。保潔阿姨非常盡責，我4月12日早上離店時清理車載煙灰缸，一位在後院打掃衞生的阿姨主動問候早安，並幫我清理煙灰缸，點贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻。 3.酒店緊鄰縣政府等政府機構，安全係數很高，值得一提的是入住期間看見酒店3樓還有某市的巡視組入駐，在樓道里還設定了接待點，安全感倍增。 4.房間比較安靜，雖然臨街，但並不嘈雜，這個縣城人不多很寧靜。但周邊吃的地兒倒不少，超市啥的也有，很方便。 5.停車可停酒店門廳前或是後院，比較方便。 6.早餐很接地氣很豐富，味道算可口，值守粉面餐枱的大哥態度很好，但沒穿工裝。 7.缺點: 前台服務還行，但熱度有待提升，去早餐廳吃飯，遇見值守餐廳的一位女士，詢問一位已經端着餐盤的客人 : “你的餐票給了嗎？”令人啼笑皆非。最離譜的12日早上前台櫃枱內站着一個便衣男子，表情漠然神經質，緊盯着過往的旅客，也不説話，眼神陰鶩，給人極其糟糕的觀感。 總體來説值得推薦，特別適合中老年人，評分:80+10，這10分是給那位服務意識強，主動作為的保潔阿姨的。 來自一位前窗口服務單位從業者的善意建議 : 1-酒店的軟硬件同樣重要，軟實力甚至更為重要，員工應加強禮儀專業培訓；2-酒店部分公共場所適度增加點暖色系裝飾。3-注重細節避免小失誤。"
