The service is really good, location is very accessible to the nearby landmark.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The location is very good. It is close to all the touristic places in Hanoi. It is within walking distance to all of them. The staff is very helpful and kind. They helped with all the issues. (taxi, restaurant recommendations, places to visit and tours)

One of the reception ( speak english) when we arrive at hotel we request one room early check in and we are welling to pay additional charge, after that we told this lady, we are not sleep tonight because tonight we go sapa that why we use only this two room for shower . After discussion she agree to give one room early check in without charge because we are not sleep tonight ,we reserved two rooms , second room she will give 11AM as per conversation. After that we take the shower and we go sideseeing for Hanoi area, we asked reception 2nd rooms what time can we get ,for this time her conversation is totally different for first conversation. She gave this one room early check in That why she cannot give second rooms for my booking. They gave one rooms and they take my money for two rooms charge. we asked her why you didnot tell me before we agree the early checkin, she is lied the what she say befor her conversation infornt of his manager and we donot want to argue that why we left the hotel and after side seeing finished we came back in hotel . This time this lady told me aoplogize for this morning case because of her manager is infornt of her that why she canot give complimentary early checkin. Why she give early checkin without approval and we take the shower her conversation was change because of manager, very bad experience and this hotel took our second one room charge didnot provide room.

Accommodation was clean but a little tired. The water pressure in the shower wasn't good. It was located in walking distance to the Old Quarter. The staff were lovely and couldn't be more helpful. For the price it was good accommodation.

Very friendly staffs. Other than that, avoid the hotel. Dont trust the pictures, the room was in the worst condition. There were stains on the blanket, pillow. The slippers provided were the most disgusting ones I have ever experienced. After you check out, one of the staff pleads to give a good rating, so I assume that's why the rating is high on trip.com

Great location for the Old Quarter - everything within walking distance including the famous train street. The service was fantastic- super friendly and helpful. This is very good value for the price that we paid.

I had a good rest there, my air-conditioned was not so good, but at the same time, there was a fan doing a good job. For the price I paid, I guess I made a good choice. The staff was very nice and helpful!

The bed was large and very comfortable to sleep on, but the sheets, pillowcases, and bath towels all had black marks that looked like they had been stepped on. We booked 4 rooms for 12/31. When we arrived at the hotel at 9pm, the receptionist told us that there were no rooms. Although the receptionist helped us temporarily book a nearby hotel, the temporary hotel room was very poor and one of the beds was dented. It took almost two hours to change hotels. It is recommended that if you arrive very late on the first day and it is a holiday, it is best to call and confirm first to avoid being in a bad mood on the first day and ruining your travel plans.

For the time being, I was mistaken for the room I had reserved and was given two rooms. Even though we had booked one room for three people, there were a lot of ants walking on the desk in one room. There was water in the room. thank you very much. The front desk staff was very kind and they kept my luggage with me before check-in, which was great! It's important to look at the map carefully because you'll be walking on a fairly narrow road.

Although I reserved a deluxe room, the only room available was a lower-class standard room. I arrived at the hotel in the morning before check-in, completed the procedures, left my luggage, and went out. Of course, I protested strongly, but it was no use, so I strongly demanded a refund of the difference from TRIP.COM.

Booked room was assigned to another hotel due to hotel lobby issues, but to a cheaper and worse hotel.

The location is good. It's close to the market, the old street, and Hoan Kiem Lake. Everything else is cheap, so I'm satisfied with the price.
