A rush stay with minimum fuss. Set us well for an early flight to catch and return of rental car. Basic necessities are well provided and located near Mitsui outlet for some great food and last minute shopping. Really good adequate spaces in rooms.

Location and service are perfect!! Air conditioning is the best I ever in Japan. My personal advice is maybe more space for luggage will be excellent.

The location it' s ok, walking distance from train station, near aeon & mitsui outlet.

Hotel Francs is right next to outlet mall and close to jr station and exhibition center. It is a good hotel to stay if you are attending convention in Chiba. The room I got is small but typical of Japanese double Will stay again on my next trip there

The staff, the room, and the location were all exceptional, and I cannot thank them enough for making my stay so memorable. Thanks to them, I was able to fully enjoy my trip to Japan, despite my inability to speak the local language.

Location is good to do work and walk, near by messe and nice park.

I had a very good impression of all the staff. The only thing that bothered me was that the toilet lever seemed to be about to break, and that my hair became rough after shampooing. I had business at Makuhari Messe, so it was convenient that it was nearby. There is an outlet mall very close by, so you can do some shopping there too.

I used it when I went to Disneyland, and it was great because it was in a good location and there were many places to shop nearby.

The room is clean and quiet, with complete basic facilities and high cost performance. The front desk staff is friendly and speaks English. Satisfied with the service, I will consider staying again.

Facilities: Old hotel, facilities are OK. Hygiene: Japanese hotels generally have no problem with hygiene. Environment: Very close to the Makuhari Messe and subway entrance, and there is an outlet mall next to it. There is a shuttle bus to the airport directly, which is very convenient. Service: The service attitude is very good.
