Amazing staff, help me with everything! VERY modern hotel, the restaurant is clean and good foods

Friendly staff I had a single room bit small but I had three suitcases🤣at night the hotel lights up and changes colour which I thought was cool

I booked deluxe room with queen size bed. In fact I received single room with a small bed. Staff barely speaks English. I've tried to explain that single room is not what I've booked but all I could hear from them (through google translate from turkish) is that "at pictures on trip.com is the room with jacuzzi but they can't give me that room...". So I had to stay in a single room with a really sticky floors, dust, broken TV, dirty bathroom and walls. Doors are not soundproof so I didn't sleep since 3am because of constant neighbor doors slapping (every 2 minutes!!!) and people talking. I've skipped breakfast because of profound feeling of disgust to that place.

The hotel is very beautiful, same as shown in the pictures, the bathroom nice although very old, the shower didn’t work properly. The staff quite welcomed

I liked the location and the attitude in this hotel! For a small surcharge, they provide late check-out. And what the hotel looks like at night, it's just magic!!!

Good hotel for 1 night. Everything is like in a 4 star hotel. Breakfasts are average, but you won't go hungry. I recommend!

There is a very strong smell in the corridors and sinks of the hotel. The cleanliness of the sheets has not been taken into consideration.
