We stayed in the big villa as there were 7 of us. Rooms were spacious & toilets were huge and clean. There were, however, 2 cockroaches that we killed over the 5D4N of our stay. Apart from that, cleanliness was good. Breakfast portions were alright. We could order an ala carte item and the rest was buffet style - pancakes, soup, fruits, nasi goreng & mee goreng (fried rice & fried noodles), fruit juices & breakfast cereals. Breakfast time is 8am-11am. Some of our dives were at 8am so they couldn't make breakfast earlier which is a minus point - Gili Trawangan is a dive island yo. They have a nice beachfront & provide beach towels for free so u can chill & order food there. Would be nice if they have taps at the front of our big villa to wash our sandy feet.

We stayed at Samba Villas for 5 nights and loved the friendliness of the staff. The rooms were clean and were spacious. Good location and truly enjoyed the area. The staff greets you with a smile and willing to help in any way. We had back messages for a 1/2 hour every night and even got pedicures. Would highly recommend.

The front desk clerk we met on our first day was very friendly and helpful, even helping us find a snorkeling boat. The welcome towels were smelly, and the room floor was sandy and unclean, yet we were required to wear slippers. The water quality was poor, and the showerhead filter I brought turned yellow quickly (though this is a common problem on the island). The hotel is conveniently located right on the beach.

The staff is very friendly. Turtle Point is nearby and the lobby has a Gili feel. I stayed for 3 nights with my child and had a great rest.

The villa is close to the beach in the middle of the restaurant area and turtle point. The villa is beautiful, clean, spacious. Only the breakfast is a bit slow to be prepared. The waiting time for breakfast is 30 minutes because it is ala carte. Overall everything else is ok.

Check carefully to see if the chat history is authentic. The dilapidated wooden house costs nearly a thousand yuan a night. 1. The room was cleaned when I checked in, and the payment had to be processed at 2:00. I gave a wifi password and it couldn't be used. At this time, my expectations for him were not high. 2. The room is dark and the lights are not bright. 3. The air conditioner is old and not cool. 4. There was a power outage on the day of check-in. I told Ctrip to change the hotel, but the reply was that there would be no refund. 5. The roof is made of thatch and iron, and it will be damaged when it rains. 6. It’s not soundproof, like the countryside in Beijing in the 1980s 7. The bed has been updated a lot. It was like Simmons in the 1980s. The big springs are so rattling that it’s uncomfortable to turn over. Imagine how the foreigners next door feel when they play and scream. 8. The house leaked, luckily it was the bathroom, and the washed clothes were soaked 9. Staying for 4 days, there was a power outage for 3 days. The worst part was the power outage in the middle of the night for maintenance. After the power was turned on a few times, the ceiling fans would turn on as soon as the power was turned on. Whoever goes to this damn place will suffer. 10. The hotel replied that the entire island is like this. The internet and power are cut off... whoever wants to go can go.
