A beautiful new landmark on the West Lake - Shuizhixinju This time we stayed in the newly upgraded ”Shui Zhixinju” in the East Building of Shangri-La Hotel Hangzhou, which is a perfect living experience by the West Lake! I was very satisfied with the experience. The decoration of the hotel is very exquisite. The room is a lake view room on the fifth floor, from which you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of West Lake, especially on the rooftop terrace. The panoramic view of West Lake at night is intoxicating. The hotel's breakfast has a wide variety of dishes, mainly ordered, and each one is delicious. Especially the afternoon tea enjoyed in the herb garden brings a peaceful and relaxing experience. The smart home system is perfectly integrated with oriental charm. The softness of the bedding can be adjusted using the iPad at the head of the bed, and there is also a special relaxation mode. In addition, the 24-hour gym and full set of Technogym equipment are comparable to professional fitness centers. There are many complete equipments and the facilities are very good, which can meet various fitness needs. I would like to especially thank Rico from the front office, Carl from the rehabilitation center, and the Private Travel Ambassador Jinxiu. I was quite satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and sanitary. The lobby felt very warm, and there were self-service tea and snacks for free, which tasted very good. Breakfast was on the third floor, with quite a lot of varieties, and it was also good. There is also a laundry room and a gym here. There is a free Hanfu experience, and you can wear the clothes to the starry sky terrace on the fifth floor to check in and take photos, which is pretty good. It is also very close to the West Lake Scenic Area. It is quite convenient to travel. The attitude of the front desk staff is also very good. I recommend everyone who comes to visit West Lake to stay here.
