Spa Hotels in Hangzhou

Great location , located at the edge of West Lake scenic zone . Close to public transport ( MTR and buses) Front desk team is excellent, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable ( able to provide transport and tourist attraction information ) especially Chiu Hua Room is spaces and clean with good sound proofing. Housekeeping team is always attentive to details. The restaurant setting with an outdoor section is comfortable and the breakfast variety is great, give a lot of options for different preferences.( Western / Chinese ) , waitress are friendly and helpful . Overall we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to our friend and relatives , great value for money for a 5 star hotel .

Pros: - Very convenient location, a couple of minutes walk to the West Lake. - The lobby is spotless, check in/out is smooth. - We went with a driver/tour guide (Zhu Feng) associated with the hotel who was very helpful, drove us around the lake for most of a day in pouring rain. - Bellman is very helpful with loading luggage (he needs to work out more though :). - Breakfast is good, but not great. Cons - The room is a little outdated, needs some maintenance work. - The AC is the worst. The one in our room was blasting air all day long, but can barely keep the temperate at 25 C (77 F). - The gym is pretty crappy. Looks like it's been rented out for external use, and it's not very clean or well maintained. Overall got a good bone but needs some management shakeup and remodeling.

At the heart of Hangzhou just a stones throw away from West Lake is the Midtown Shangri-La. Situated in the Kerry centre with a large variety of restaurant and shopping choice this was ideal for our short trip. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay easy and relaxing especially as we had our newborn with us. The executive lounge was a great benefit and allowed us to pick up drinks and snacks as needed which was great when trying to work around the timings of a newborn.

It was a nice stay. Location is good, right in Coral Gables downtown. I would say that there are no kettles in the room but you can ask for it and they will send you one. The room charges won’t go against deposit, instead you have the pay and after you do the check out they will release the deposit back to you. For Chinese travelers this might seem odd.

Good location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They shared a wechat so we could communicate and ask for things. Took bags to our room. Breakfast was good. Even prepared a breakfast for us the second day when we had to leave early for a flight and would miss breakfast. Room was nice.

If you’re in Hangzhou to watch the Cirque du Soleil show, you must choose Radisson. The location is perfect! What made it even noteworthy for us was the hospitality. We booked this trip around the Labour Day holiday; my train ticket reservation for a noon trip was canceled. As I ambled to get a ticket, the only trip available was the first trip at 6am. We got to Hangzhou from Shanghai really early, and we went to the hotel to see whether they could check us in early—and they did! The hotel was so considerate. Besides these, the hotel is very clean. The food in the restaurant were also great!

Beautiful hotel. The service is top ⬆️. Our room was upgraded. For my birthday they made a little surprise on the window. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. Recommended

Overall stay was nice in the hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast had many western and Chinese options, which were good. Our package included indoor hot-spring experience which was suitable considering the cold weather outside. Only disappointment was 'Nausicaa of the Wind Tour Ticket' which was included in the package while booking from trip.com. In trip.com under package details it was mentioned that it was a scenic stop/park and we thought entry to that place is free but additional rides are payable. This information was absolutely misleading as after wasting lot of time, the information we received (after calling the provided contact number, talking with Hotel staff) was 'Nausicaa of the Wind Tour Ticket' was not located in or nearby the hotel but was in a totally far-off place. No clear information was provided by calling the contact number on how to use the offer as mentioned in trip.com booked package description. Either trip.com should remove that offer or provide a clear description about the location of that place, with pictures if possible, otherwise people will feel lucrative about the offer and go for the booking which actually is misleading.

I want to come to Tuankou almost every time I go on vacation. I often stayed in hot spring hotels before. This time I chose Xingquan Valley. It’s great to have a kitchen, and the hygiene and customer service are very good. I also thank Zhang Xiaoqun of the hotel for his careful arrangements and reserved a room with a great location. The communication during the stay was very smooth and timely~

This is the most beautiful hotel in China. The experience that we have is unforgettable. The hotel itself is a major attraction inside the Westlake. There are tons of thousands of tourists visiting Westlake, but only the guest of this state guest house can enjoy the gardens and attractions inside the hotel. It offer a unique experience that you can find calm and peace visiting Westlake.
