It’s also convenient to travel to another great place called Tian Mu Li where has lots of great foods and shoppings.

The location is very convenient for visiting the city. The room we stayed in was large and clean, and the staff was very courteous. Although almost no one spoke English, we managed to communicate using a phone translator. We requested laundry service, and they were very quick to return our clean clothes within a few hours. The breakfast was very varied and good.

At the foot of Nan Tianzhu in the mountains of West Lake, there is such a fairyland - Yaguquan Villa Hotel. The environment is quiet, Huiyin Gaoli Temple is just outside the door, and Yuhu Bay is at the intersection. The hotel has an excellent geographical location. The inner courtyard of the hotel is lush and green, and it is very pleasant to walk in it. The guest rooms are clean and tidy, luxurious and satisfying for a happy trip. The best thing is that the service attitude of the front desk clerk Huangqi is very good, warm and thoughtful, patient and meticulous, and also intimately provides tourist guidance services. This is a perfect trip to paradise. Be sure to choose here next time you stay in a hotel. It is a good place to relax and have a vacation.

The front desk staff, Xiao Wang, had a very good service attitude. Check-in was very quick and the room was upgraded for free. The room had large floor-to-ceiling windows, a wide view, and was clean and tidy. The breakfast was rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western food. The location is excellent, very close to Metro Line 6, and convenient transportation.

The room is big enough, clean, and the service is good. I arrived at the hotel lobby manager at 8 o'clock on the morning of the 1st and checked in immediately. I stayed for 2 nights. On the third day, I was out playing until 2 o'clock and checked out at 3 o'clock. The staff was very friendly and the deposit was automatically refunded in full within half an hour! The two children also said that they would stay in this hotel again when they come to Hangzhou next time. Choosing Hangzhou Wanhua International Hotel is one of the right choices for this trip!

The housekeeper service is very satisfactory, the staff is enthusiastic and full, the beautiful sisters at the front desk are very considerate and gentle. They are serious and responsible at work. The cherry blossoms in the villa area are in bloom in spring! It's beautiful! The housekeeper also sent a phone and cake to the courtyard villa where I stayed. They were delicious and big! I feel like I earned it! The only slight drawback is that there is a little smell coming up from the sewer in the bathroom, and the housekeeper also sent aromatherapy in time. The housekeeper's thoughtful service is touching and responsive. Considering the customers. Overall, the flaws are not enough to cover the merits! The only suggestion that needs to be made is that the quality of the coffee needs to be improved. Most of the breakfast coffees at Grand Hyatt have barista latte art, and the coffee machine at the manor is slightly average.

Amazing.! I had a great stay here with my friend. Everything is just top notch, the rooms are spacious. They cater for Chinese and Western people.The food, the SPA.. the pool is clean( even though it opens at 16h00 and closes at 20h00) Everything is just breath taking. The service is great, the staff is helpful all the time. They're true representatives. Their website pictures are definitely what you will see or even more. Need I say more?

Our party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024.  We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting.  We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in.  I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops.  Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us.  Not a soul was in sight.  Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed.  From there on, however, things only got better and better.  So, yes, this was a quiet property.  There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about.  But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected.  And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient.  During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out.  The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand.  Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance.  The layout was a bit of a labyrinth.  There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display.  Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake.  The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space.  Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards.  Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?).  They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night.  There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater.  Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds.  Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace.  Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel.  Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular.  We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip).  We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality.  Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable.  In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area.  In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort.  We were very comfortable during our short stay.  We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff.  We would love to return.  It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions.  Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

The room was clean and had a great view. The lobby is as grand as any five-diamond hotel in the world. The service is first-rate, especially Huang Weijie and Zhang Weiyazhe in the lobby, who are dedicated and have friendly smiles. They are the gems of the hotel! In addition, our junior brother Chen Yanduo also tried his best to serve us! So touching!
