前台服務美女態度非常好，我們的房間很安靜。酒店規格設施都很不錯，雙人房空間非常寬敞。貼心贈送了入住水果和飲料。早餐品種很多，應有盡有。現磨咖啡味道不錯。

房間配色和燈光特別舒服，比預訂照片看着跟舒服，前台入住很熱情，給升級了豪華雙人間，還按要求安排遠離電梯的房間，非常感謝🙏，酒店應該是杭州老牌的酒店了，各方面管理很到位。特別要説的是衞生間洗漱淋浴頂噴特別舒服，水大但很柔和，早餐中西式應有盡有，非常豐富，酒店地理位置很好，距離地鐵2號線19號線沈塘橋站5、6百米吧，進出很方便，周邊餐飲吃飯可以選擇的很多，本次入住體驗非常好，以後再來杭州還會選擇。

商務型酒店，明顯感覺有些是來參加會議的住客，整體住客水準較好。雙人床1.35也是商務友好的配置，酒店很安靜，沒有親子酒店的嘈雜和喧囂，適合喜靜的住客。自助早餐餐品比較豐富，連住兩日吃早餐，印象深刻的是自助餐廳的工作人員很熱情，特別是一位女性主管，時刻保持高昂的熱情對待每一位客人，還連着兩天幫我母親去中餐館接100度的熱水。

帶老母親遊西湖，賞桂花，看菊花展。在星都賓館入住兩晚，收穫了驚喜。房間寬敞舒適，清潔徹底，有智能馬桶。前台服務熱情。餐廳漂亮大氣，早餐品種豐富，小海每天都推薦特色小吃，當場做好送來，品嚐了拌麪、葱包檜等。水果新鮮，母親非常高興。酒店位置也好，網約車去景點大多十幾分鍾，周圍沒有遊客的噪雜，離地鐵口近，杭州東站直達。希望再次入住。

比較了很多，最終選擇了星都賓館，果然沒失望！免費升級了房型，房間很大，衞生乾淨，不管是前台還是清潔阿姨服務態度都很好，還贈送了好多張體驗券和歡迎水果，當天是中秋節，還贈送了月餅，還不等我拍照，孩子就給吃了😄。酒店有免費停車場，周邊還有麥當勞、老孃舅、必勝客等，很方便。離杭州大廈不遠，到西湖坐公交車也能到，強烈推薦給大家！
