Hmm....The name feels like a hotel or something motel/hotel. I can't say the facilities are good.... It's hard to go from Seoul at once when I go south, so I used it several times to sleep on a stopover, but it's not bad, but parking is hard if it's a little late on weekends. In this case, the parking lot on the outside main road is free on weekends.

The interior is newly remodeled, tidy.
Bedding is clean, large TV, air conditioner, fan, refrigerator, etc.
It's all in place, the bathroom is clean,
One motel entrance says it's Internet-enabled.
There was no Internet on the embankment.
