"This business hotel is very close to the train and bus stations. The rooms are well-equipped, and the breakfast is excellent, with both Japanese and Western options available. The highlight was the chef's skillful cooking and attentive service. I requested a high-floor room, and the young staff at the front desk kindly arranged for one with a sea view."

Heiseikan Shiosaitei Hanatsuki
"The hotel has a not to be missed ocean view, but the food variety turns out to be the disappointment. Not so much of choice when comparing it with other ryukan. Another places for your attention is that the toilet and the room has a very strong and unpleasant urine smell. Though I cannot find any uncleaned spots in the toilet, the odor is simply untolerable. The onsen at the balcony has human hair from probably the previous customer and the hotel should do better in cleaning it. Food: 7/10 Service: 8.5/10 Hygiene: 5/10 View: 10/10"
Yunokawa Prince Hotel Nagisatei
Located right by the ocean, this resort offers a refreshing coastal breeze and easy access to the sandy beach for a relaxing evening stroll.
Yunohama Hotel
"This is the hotel we changed from the chain hotel at the station. Because there is a hot spring here. It is only one stop from the airport to the hotel, and even if you take a taxi, it is only 50 RMB. There is a very convenient bus stop at the door of the hotel, and it takes about 30 minutes to get to the city. The hotel's breakfast is very rich and you can eat it every day. The hot spring service is also quite commendable. I highly recommend it. If you go with a family, book a room by the sea. In fact, it is very cost-effective. One room can accommodate 4~5 people, and then looking at the seaside is very good."
Imagine Hotel & Resort
Forget your worries at this modern seaside resort, featuring spacious rooms and large windows that let in plenty of natural light and the beautiful blue sea.
La Vista Hakodate Bay
Unwind in a natural hot spring on the top floor, where you can soak in a wooden tub while taking in the stunning night view of the harbor.
Yunokawa Kanko Hotel Shoen
"I stayed in a room with an open-air bath. It was a nice, quiet room where I could relax. The open-air bath was also excellent, so I was very satisfied. The only disappointment was that the dinner buffet, although divided into time slots, did not limit the number of people allowed in the venue. The dishes and food were not ready in time, and the food was almost gone, so it was hard to tell what was being served. It was not something that satisfied the guests."
Hakodate Hotel Ekimae
"The room was spacious, as is typical of hotels in Hokkaido, even for a single room, but the smell of cigarette smoke permeated the elevator and even the changing room of the public bath, which was awful. I checked out early the next morning and left my luggage, but after a while I realized I had forgotten a bottle of drink in the refrigerator. I called the front desk and they promised to give it to me when I came to pick up my luggage, but they never did. I didn't say anything because I was running out of time for my airport bus and would have missed it if they had checked on me, but even though the price was cheap, the smell of cigarette smoke made it feel expensive. I don't think I'll ever stay there again, but smokers probably won't mind."
Hakodate Uminokaze
"I arrived at the hotel to check in at 8pm. The front desk customer service was unable to answer my questions clearly. The room was large, but the bed was relatively thin. Men over 6 feet tall could not stretch out. In the end, the sofa was used as a bed. The breakfast buffet in the morning was a surprise, but the dining time was only one hour, which was quite rushed. The last breakfast time in the restaurant was until 9:30. I hope to have a better experience next time."
Hotel Brs Hakodate Goryokaku Tower Mae
"The hotel location is a bit far from stations. There is not much attractions around. The hotel is quite old. Cleanliness is ok though."
Hotel Hokke Club Hakodate
"Convenient to visit Goryogaku park and surrounding areas, abundant of restaurant and bars nearby Room size is OK, best it's with onsen spa and free massage chair, quite relaxing to use after one day travel. Front desk is very nice to explain every steps going to mount Hakodate, bravo to the team front desk team!"
Hakodate Hotel Banso
"Check-in was at 3:00 PM, but I was able to arrive around 2:15 PM, which was nice. The man's English was easy to understand, which was great. It was the easiest I've ever understood during my trip to Japan! The room was very clean, the food was good, the staff was very welcoming, and I loved being able to watch the sunrise from my room. I think it would be nice if the amenities were a little softer! The hot spring water is so good, but... I don't think the amenities make up for it! Especially around the hairline~~"
LC Goryokaku Hotel
"I had a drinking party and wanted to stay in Honmachi, so I stayed here. It was in the annex, so it's unavoidable that you have to go outside every time. The room was small and cozy, and everything was clean, including the toilet and bathroom. There was air conditioning in the room, so heating and cooling weren't an issue. However, the toilet didn't even have a washlet, let alone a heated seat, which is quite rare these days. For breakfast, I was given a bento-like container with side dishes inside, and I had to serve myself rice, add any additional side dishes, and pour hot water over the instant miso soup. I think it was enough for a normal meal."
Nesaki Native
Modern boutique stay offering clean minimalist rooms, coastal atmosphere, friendly service, and convenient access to Hakodate’s city and attractions.
Hakodate Yunokawa Onsen Umi to Akari/Hewitt Resort
"Hotel is just 5 min bus ride from the airport. The onsen in the hotel is facing the sea and the view is amazing. Buffet spread for dinner and breakfast are excellent. I will definitely stay here again."
Seaside Hotel Kamome
"The hotel is not in the city center, but it is very easy to get to the hotel by bus. The room is relatively small and the windows and doors cannot be opened. Since it is centrally air-conditioned, the heating is very warm (hot). If you are not used to the heating opening, it will be a bit The baby is hot and toasty, but if you turn off the air conditioner, there will be no air circulation. So after I communicated with the staff, he gave me a fan. The service was very attentive and the price of the hotel was very affordable. I will definitely stay again. The staff’s sincere and thoughtful service is highly recommended!"
Super Hotel Hakodate
"It's a little far from the station, but the hotel facilities are very new, and there are free drinks downstairs. In addition, I feel that the large bath is comfortable, but a bit too hot."
