Convenient location. JR station across the street, drugstore just right next door & Hakodate morning market behind. Nice view from the room. And plus point for Conan movie fans as it’s the hotel where Conan & friends stayed in the latest movie!
Opened in 2024, the Four Points Flex by Sheraton Hakodate Station is a great accommodation choice in Hakodate. With JR Hakodate Station just 500m away and Hakodate Airport only 8km away, transportation is very convenient. With multiple attractions nearby including Motomachi, Ika Square and Daimon Yokocho, guests will find plenty to keep themselves occupied. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. Our guests rate this hotel as one of the best hotels for cleanliness. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling alone.

Hotel location was pretty good, walkable from the train station (about 10 to 15 minutes away). Facilities were fairly basic, including two shared coin-operated washing machines + dryer and vending machines for drinks. The room was small but clean and comfortable for a solo traveller. The bathroom was a little too small for me (182 cm male) but still decent enough.
Overall it's a good value for money hotel for what I paid.

Hotel is located about 10 mins from JR station but has lots of eateries near it. Comes with own parking lot but has to pay for it.
Room was certainly bigger than what we expected and clean except for some dust and dirts in the corners. There's a washing machine in the room which you use.
Breakfast is excellent and lots of varieties. It's slightly different day to day which is good.
Overall I recommend this hotel to those coming to Hakodate.

The hotel is located just opposite the Hakodate JR station and bus station, very convenient to travel around at Hakodate. Necessary razors, comb, tea and ear buds can be collected from the lobby. The staff here are very polite and helpful. Special thanks to 大和and 藤田. They helped us to fill up the form to send our luggage to Sapporo and contact Sapporo hotel. (Additional price needed for the 宅急便). This makes our journey easier to go around without carrying heavy luggage up and down the JR. The hotel breakfast is just additional 1200 Yen per person. It is very worth it to have our breakfast here.

The hotel is very close to Goryokaku. You can see the tower from the room. Across the road is the Daikokuya, which is very convenient for late night snacks. However, it seems that you need to swipe your card to enter the hotel gate after 11 o'clock.
The hotel is small in size, the rooms are compact, and there is no underground parking lot. You need to park in the surrounding public parking lots. The front desk provides a schematic diagram and enthusiastic guidance.

Booked a two-night stay. There is an airport bus stop at the hotel entrance, but the bus service is not frequent. Free drinks and wine are provided in the lobby lounge from 15:00 to 22:00. The room is large and comfortable, and the breakfast is good. However, there is no mineral water in the room. If you want to get drinking water, you must go to the lounge during opening hours or breakfast time. It is recommended to add a hot and cold water dispenser near the microwave in the lobby.

I stayed with my son who is an elementary school student.
We left our luggage in advance, and they kindly accepted, which was very helpful as we could sightsee lightly.
It was also very helpful that the tram and bus stops were close to the hotel, making it easy to get around.
However, perhaps because the setting said that elementary school students were free, the reservation screen correctly showed that we were making a reservation for two people, an adult and a child, but it seems that this was not properly communicated to the hotel, and they prepared it for one person.
That's fine, but when I asked if I could borrow a pillow, in-house wear, or slippers for my child, they said, ”Normally, it's just free to sleep with your child, so if you need those things, you have to pay separately to borrow them,” while handing them over to me with a reluctant look on their face.
I wish they had told me that, as I would have paid separately.

Room is clean & spacious (for Japanese standards) and has all necessary amenities. Rooftop lounge has amazing view as well as freeflow coffee. Would definitely stay here again for our next trip to Hakodate!

Excelente hotel. And for me, maybe for other people too, it has a sapareted space for shower, is not over a tiny btah tub, so it`s very good for big westerns. The breakfest is good, the location is excelent, close to the hakodate Station, a lot of stores and restaurants around. I hope to stay here again!

The breakfast here was, by far, the best and most varied in all of Japan that I’ve had. Obviously crowded, I would say the fact that so many local tourists go there for the spa and the breakfast buffet speaks volumes of the quality of either. If you’re looking to do hot bath, this hotel probably affords the widest variety of types of baths (hot, cold, sulfuric) available. I even saw a famous Japanese rock star go here to do his spa treatment. For its price, the room was sufficient (not very spacious but clean and comfortable), and you’re really going for the above two points.

JJoedyAlways stayed here when I travel to Hakodate and as usual the hotel doesn't disappoint! Good location just beside the red brick warehouse, near the hakodate tram station and also the Mt Hakodate Ropeway. There are plenty of food options nearby, and you can walk to Hakodate JR station from the hotel. Beds are spacious, and there is even a mini area for you to chill and relax after a long day of sightseeing. Definitely recommend for budget conscious travellers!
GGuest UserGood onsen facilities and breakfast with plenty of options. Also located close to the airport (by car) with some restaurants nearby to choose from within walking distance. Room was spacious and the bedding were comfortable. Reception was fluent in Mandarin so no problem in raising any requests.
JJesscacaAbout 10-15mins driving distance from the city center. Parking is located next to it (around 2mins walking distance) where u have to walk through an alley to hotel main door. Perhaps they can install a street light in the alley way or a back door near to parking lots coz it is quite dark and scary to walk alone.
Breakfast is lack of variety but acceptable.
Other than these, overall is satisfied.
Pphua.scI personally feel this hotel is a good starting point especially if you love exploring by walking.
From Hakodate Train Station, it is about a 5-10 min walk. Along the way, you'll find a number of food options (kaizen-don selection) at Hakodate Asaichi that is best for breakfast/lunch and also Lucky Pierrot (local restaurant burger chain with wide selection) across the street. There is also a Lawson's convenience store nearby.
The hotel is within walking distance (<5 min) from the Morning Market (where you can get all the preserved seafood for souvenirs) and also the must-try Uni Marumaki's (price range Y3500 and up for the recommended items). Further up, after about 20 minutes walking, is the Red Brick Warehouses (Lots of souvenir shopping and some of the more-branded food to try between meals - cakes, ice cream etc). The Hakodate Seafood Market is also around this area where fresh sashimi is available. I was surprised to find similarly priced oysters (Y900 for 2) here that's of better quality than at the Morning Market.
I've concentrated so far on the plentiful food options nearby because the breakfast buffet had very, very limited options and limited seating (see last photo). The main option I could recall was a selection of onigiri with different flavours, some western-type food, and bread. I think it's fine because Hakodate is really a foodie's place so you should try eating outside the hotel (especially sashimi and kaizendon).
The hotel itself is very clean and has all basic amenities that serve it's purpose.
LLer Yin ChinVery high end technology hotel, most auto n saving electric functions.very nice design for room. Free breakfast n yummy . Will come stay again next time.locations super good.
EEskimo89Nice room with mountain view. The breakfast is superb. Hotel has parking but with a fee. Very close to shopping and several points of interests including the cable car station
OO.K. MACNot sure whether it’s during long holidays, or it’s normal. But I expected much better service for this type of hotel. So I was so disappointed when I didn’t feel like it.
First, I carried a lot of stuffs. I asked for concierge, yes there was a luggage cart, but I need to carry all by myself up to my room, using a small and old with impaired wheels cart.
Second, full of tourists. Onsen was so full too. So I need to hurry took a bath, a few minute in the onsen, then go back to my room. Not relax at all.
Third, such a long queue breakfast. There were 2 types of breakfast for us to choose. Never seen like this before, but we need to get a queue, for 30-60 minutes waiting. If I knew that there was a queue for hotel breakfast, I would definitely went down to get the queue before packing my luggage. Who will know that it would be like this. It’s my really first time to wait for 1 hour to have breakfast.
Lastly, I was so tired and want the massage, so I booked one. Not sure whether it’s normal for Japanese style or not, but compared to Thai massage and Korean massage, I shouldn’t have paid for it . Too expensive but not help at all. I came back to my room to acupuncture myself instead.
Luckily that I stayed 2 hotels in Hakodate, so I moved to another hotel on the next day and feel much better.
Oh, a few things I like about this hotel.
1. The pictures along the way to another wing (during my walk to onsen). There were beautiful
2. A rental car place in front of hotel, during my waiting for breakfast queue, I walked there and found a good price car rental.
エエゾシカ伝道師The staff at the inn were warm and moderate, and I was very comfortable.
While there were many non-smoking rooms, the companion who was a smoker was very happy.
In addition, the correspondence of the odor remaining in the room is also firm, and I think it can be comfortable.
It's a hot spring, but you can get the power of the source.
It is a hot spring of great satisfaction!
